Awesome neighbors & sunny backyard for guests. Downstairs attached to main house. Located in Oakland ACROSS THE BAY from San Francisco.

Fully-equipped studio in victorian home

Fully-equipped studio apartment in Alameda victorian home. Spacious, with modern amenities (WiFi, Netflix), free coffee and tea, queen-size bed, and big yard, shared with the main house. Separate entrance through the backyard. Young kids live in the upstairs house part-time (see “other notes”) and can be loud until 9:30pm. We’re a dog-friendly space and love hosting pups (maximum of 2, house trained)! Please note that we’re not able to accommodate cats at this time. Lab lives in property.

Lodge at the Concord Lavender Farm.

Come and relax in our calm, stylish guesthouse. You will be surrounded by an urban lavender farm with 300+ plants to enjoy! Our 'sister guesthouses' consist of two small side-by-side cabins (you get both) located behind our home, nestled in a verdant hillside garden that our friends and family lovingly call ‘Little Tuscany’. Cabin 1 - living room with a well-stocked kitchenette, pull-out couch, table and chairs Cabin 2 - bedroom with a queen-size bed, full bathroom and a private deck Accessed by a private entrance, the cabins are luminous and efficient, designed to meet all your needs.

Newly remodeled studio in a cute safe town by the water. Located 45 minutes from San Francisco and 30 minutes from Napa. We are located in the Bay Area in the city of Benicia. It is a great location if you are planning to travel to Napa and San Francisco during your stay, since it sits right in between those two cities. It is located right on the Bay with a cute downtown area. I can recommend my favorite restaurants and things to do in the area as well!

The central location makes it the perfect jumping off point for all your Bay Area adventures with close proximity to MacArthur BART station, Multiple bus stops, Bay Wheels bike rental, shops and restaurants in Emeryville and Temescal, Access to 4 major highways within 1/4 mile, Lake Merritt, Uptown/Downtown Oakland, San Francisco, Berkeley, and many more Bay Area hotspots.

Wooded In-Law

The in law is entire lower level of home- approx. 900 sq. ft. It's private, sunny with own entrance and yard, facing undeveloped woods. Mornings & nights are great for patio or visiting at fire pit. (after June firepit not allowed due to CA fire danger) A rustic, gravel path takes you to your door. Whoever books must be guest & we'll need photo of you! (not sunset!) Please be ok with the fact that 2 dogs live upstairs.
