Our 67 square meter apartment is located on the 2nd floor (top floor) of a 3 family house in Lind ( district of Zirndorf ) and is fully equipped with laminate flooring and modern furniture . The distance to the Playmobil Funpark is approximately 1.9km. A bus stop is located at the height of the house, and an S-Bahn station is located in the nearest town ( 1,1 km ). In just 15 minutes you can take the S-Bahn to reach Nuremberg's main station and from there easily by metro the Messe Nürnberg.

The nearest S-Bahn station (Unterasbach) is approx. 3 min on foot, with connections to Nuremberg city centre (~10 min S-Bahn), airport (~25 min, S-Bahn, U-Bahn), trade fair (~26 min, S-Bahn, U-Bahn), Ansbach (~32 min, S-Bahn), Südwestpark (~5 min, S-Bahn). My Apartment is perfect for Oktoberfest-lovers (10 min walk). But you are also very central if you just want to enjoy the city! In 3 min you find yourself in the shopping streets ;) The flat is on the ground floor. The subway (U1, U2, U3 and U6) and bus station Sendlinger Tor is around the corner. There are many cafes and restaurants but also bars and nightlife. It´s a busy spot and the favorite quarter of creative locals and foreign people.

Because of the higher cleaning effort...
