2-room apartment of 30 m2 on the ground floor in a quiet green environment within a house of several apartments in the heart of Haguenau: 1 living room (sofa bed), an equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker etc... 1 bedroom (bed 140 cm x 200 cm) a shower room a separate toilet. The nap corner is a 23 m2 studio located in a village. This is an independent suite with a private entrance, in our family home. It's a passive house with no need for heating or air conditioning. It consists of a bedroom with a 1.80 m bed or 2 beds of 90 cm joined with high-end bedding, TV and kitchenette, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It has a private terrace overlooking an accessible orchard. 5 minutes from the amenities of Soutz-sous-Forêt.

The 45 m² duplex has a 22 m² private terrace with views of the vineyards and orchards.
