Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Obergiesing-Fasangarten

We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

Wir waren aufgrund eines Messebesuchs in München und suchten daher einen Unterkunft mit der wir einfach mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln pendeln konnten. Wir waren zu viert und jeder hatte seinen Freiraum. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder auswählen.

Wir waren 2 Nächte, war mit Oma und meinen zwei Jungs. Traumhafter Ausblick, ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem schnell an der S Bahn und tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

We spent Xmas and New Year at this house. Cornelia is such a great host. The house has everything we needed for our family! It was an amazing experience!

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) waren für eine Woche in der Unterkunft. Die Räume sind definitiv größer als sie auf den Bildern aussehen. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und oft in der Sauna entspannt. Mit dem Auto waren wir flexibel und schnell an unseren Ausflugszielen. Wir können die Ferientenne absolut zum erholen empfehlen.

Our stay at Anke’s place was fabulous. It felt like our home from the moment we entered. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The fireplace was lovely to have during winter and the pre Christmas season. We also loved being walking distance to the bakery cafe, the Italian restaurant and the supermarket. We made great use of the bikes provided to explore the lake and surrounding towns. Anke and Tom were super friendly and helpful and I really don’t know what I would have done without them.

With our family of four adults and two children the Dahoam was just perfect, check in was a breeze and we never even needed to contact Victoria with any issues during our stay. Very close to the S Bahn in Holzkirchen which brought us to the heart of downtown Munich. We would definitely stay in this house again, thanks!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Petras Apartment. Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend ausgestattet .Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Alles war blitzsauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders schön fanden wir die kleinen Hinweise, die Petra überall im Haus verteilt hat .Sie waren nicht nur sehr hilfreich, sondern haben auch gezeigt, wie viel Mühe und Herz sie in die Betreuung ihrer Gäste steckt. Man merkt einfach, dass es Petra wichtig ist, dass sich ihre Gäste wie zuhause fühlen. Im Haus fehlt es wirklich an nichts, alles ist perfekt durchdacht. Petra selbst ist unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir können einen Aufenthalt hier nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!”

Appartamento molto carino e curato nei dettagli. Host disponibilissimo e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Parla molto bene italiano. Ci ha accompagnati anche a parcheggiare l'auto gratuitamente in zona, e ci ha indicato anche vari locali per cena, colazione, etc. Ti fa sentire a casa.

Sabine und Andreas sind unglaublich nette und hilfsbereite, zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Sehr nett fanden wir auch Willkommensgetränke, die bereits im Kühlschrank warteten und dass uns Andreas zur Ankunft ein Kaminfeuer in der Wohnung bereitet hatte! Das war unheimlich toll. Die Wohnung ist groß und Blitzsauber. Sehr nette Gastgeber!

We didn’t want to leave……. It is hard to sum up just how amazing this stay has been. Right from the moment we arrived we had a warm welcome from Vicky. Detailed instructions upon arrival and we felt every need had been thought about and catered for. We arrived late in the evening and when we awoke it was to a breath taking Mountain View. The outdoor space was beautiful, our 3 boys were out there everyday and loved the freedom. By the end of our stay we felt like we were staying with friends and didn’t want to leave this piece of paradise. This is a well equipped accommodation with everything you could need. Even first aid and local maps. We miss this place and these people already and can’t wait to go back. Vicky we can’t thank you enough for your warmth, kindness and hospitality.

Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich, gross, gut ausgestattet, hat eine sehr schöne ruhige Lage mit toller Terrasse und Sternenhimmel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Veronika war unkompliziert und freundlich.

Ein kuscheliges mit Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtetes Apartement, auch sehr geeignet für eine Einzelperson. Als Kursteilnehmerin an der Akademie in Kolbermoor war ich nur abends und nachts dort, alles war ruhig für die nötige Entspannung. Die wenigen Fahrminuten nach Kolbermoor perfekt. Ich komme sehr gerne nochmal wieder.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, groß und modern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Was man wissen sollte, das Zimmer oben ist offen. Das Zimmer unten hat eine Große Glastür die auch nicht wirklich zu macht, große Spalten rechts und links von der Tür. Also wenn oben jemand schnarcht hört man es unten, vor allem wenn man so gut hört wie ich und empfindlich ist. Somit haben uns die 2 Zimmer nur bedingt was gebracht. Sonst aber wirklich alles top!

Alles perfekt ! Wir kommen gerne wieder . Danke für diese wundervolle Villa Kunterbunt ! Eine Oase in der Natur.

We’ve been here 2 times now and both times were amazing. The place is great and the host did a great job with helping out if there was anything. Would definitely recommend!

Das Haus liegt wunderbar, fußläufig zum Tegernsee. Die Lage ist trotzdem sehr ruhig und angenehm. Die Einrichtung entspricht genau dem Fotos im Inserat und ist geschmackvoll und modern gewählt. Für unser Familienwochenende waren die vier Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer optimal. Zusätzlich gibt es auch noch ein Gäste-WC im Erdgeschoss. Mit drei Pkw-Stellplätzen ist auch die Parksituation einwandfrei gelöst.

Our family holiday started in Rust, Germany and ended in Munich, we enjoyed our holiday in Germany and this was a great location if you’re looking to travel around the City!

We came and stayed at Madsen’s place for a week while attending Bauma in Munich. The place was fantastic! It was very clean and had plenty of room. It is a short walk away from a grocery store and several good places to eat. The train station is about a 15 to 20 minute walk based upon pace but it is in a very quiet and safe area. We will definitely stay here again in the future when we comeback to Munich. Thank you Madsen for being such an excellent host.
