From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. This very well-equipped, modern apartment, offering over 100 square metres of living space, is located in a two-family house with a large terrace and a very spacious garden. The apartment is located in the idyllic community of “Maria Thalheim.” There, in the immediate vicinity, you will find a bakery (offering everyday groceries), a butcher's shop, and an Italian restaurant with a beer garden. In summer, the natural swimming lake (within walking distance) invites you to swim and relax.

We offer a rustic hunting lodge in a fantastic location on Gut Schörghof overlooking the Alps. The cottage has two bathrooms, four bedrooms (2 with bunk beds, 1 with two single beds and 1 living room with a gallery with mattress storage), a common room with kitchen, stove and seating area and a large garden. Ideal for those who want to get away from it all and relax in a quiet atmosphere. ATTENTION: Please DO NOT park on the meadow in front of the cottage, only behind it!

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Alice's ♡ vacation home in the countryside

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)
