Summerdream at the lake. As a couple or with kids!

Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

Unser Highlight: ein beheizter Pool, der im Winter als Whirlpool genutzt wird – mit Fernblick über die Alpen und Nähe zu Graz. Ob Erholungstrip oder Stadturlaub, hier findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Wohnraum bietet 2+2 Betten (inkl. Komfort-Sofa). Direkt nebenan liegt das Fitnessstudio, das mit Schmoltis Chalet genutzt wird. Auch unsere Alpakas freuen sich auf euren Besuch!

Das Apartment ist hell und ruhig gelegen, deine Terrasse führt dich direkt in die Natur.

The accommodation is located at about 1,200 m above sea level and is characterized by the cozy atmosphere and the quiet location at the end of the access road. The lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer) is only about 5 minutes away by car. The valley and the nearest supermarket are about 12 minutes away, and there is a bakery near the lifts. Lots of land and meadow and a nice place to stay and feel good. The new holiday home is situated in a quiet location surrounded by 1600 m2. In the immediate vicinity, there is a bike path, a running track, a bicycle path, the mountains and much, much more. There is a stadium pool nearby for swimming, and in winter the Koralpe ski resort is only 15 minutes away. There are also shopping facilities nearby. There is the option of setting up a folding bed for 1 child.

"Small but nice" Beautiful location with distant views. Self-catering cottage in a secluded location. Experience special moments in this pleasant family-friendly place. A fully equipped kitchen. With an inviting and cozy atmosphere, you can linger in the garden. Various seating and reclining facilities are available in the garden. A great fire and barbecue area can also be used well. The surroundings and tranquility invite you to relax and unwind.
