Sundhouse is located in the heart of Alsace between Colmar (35 km) and Strasbourg (45 km). You are close to the Wine Route with its authentic villages, Germany and its Black Forest and Europa-Park (25 km) with its new water park. You will be spoiled for choice with a multitude of sites to visit and discover in the surrounding area. If needed, our village has a restaurant, bakery, butcher-caterer, small supermarket, pharmacy, doctors, bank dispenser, etc.

Welcome to the locality of Froide Fontaine, in the heart of the Vosges. I welcome you to my charming home. It is an isolated farm, in total energy autonomy, with panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. The site offers you absolute tranquility. It is a farm combining respect for the environment and modernity, it is arranged in a "recycled" spirit. In summer on the terrace or in winter by the fire, the place allows you to find a sweetness of life!

The Hydrangea House

Ideal for nature and hiking lovers, this apartment is located in the town of Oberaslach in the heart of the Klintz range at the start of many hikes and the GR5. You can easily access the Nideck Waterfalls, the Nideck, Hohenstein, Ringelstein Castles and many other sites. The town of Obersalach is 30 minutes from Strasbourg, and 20 minutes from Obernai and its famous Christmas markets. The Champs du Feu ski slopes are less than 30 minutes away.

From the unique red-granite Cathedral de Strasbourg, to the Maginot Line, the Fort of Mutzig and Molsheim's Bugatti car museum, Europe's turbulent centuries are on display. Please note: 2 bedrooms don't have direct access to a hallway. You have to go through another bedroom. (See last photo of the layout of the house).

Adjoining our house, you access it through a private entrance. From the house, you can enjoy nature through many hikes and you are a short drive to all amenities. Our studio is also a privileged place for remote work: our co-working space is accessible

Furnished apartment on one level with large terrace, panoramic view, independent entrance. Surface area of 110 m2 comprising a living room (equipped kitchen, dining and living room), 3 bedrooms : a bedroom with a double bed (possibility to add a single bed in a bedroom), a 2nd and a 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds. A shower room adjoining each bedroom. Bed linen, bathroom and final cleaning included.

Luvigny is a village of 100 inhabitants near the Donon. On the first floor, a comfortable bathroom (shower, bathtub, toilet), kitchen, living room and small bedroom. In the converted attic toilet and sink as well as large living room. In the basement, there is a fridge without an icebox. Steep stairs to the attic!
