About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Min to the historic town Horb.About 35 min to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are 2 bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

The spacious 90 sqm, completely renovated and newly furnished apartment in Alpirsbach-Reinerzau, has 2 separate bedrooms for up to 5 people, a bathroom and a large living area (40 sqm). Outdoor whirlpool for 6 people with wood heating. This must be heated yourself, duration about 2.5 to 3 hours. Wood is available. Not suitable for infants. We renovated our apartment with a lot of love in 2024, but the bathroom was completely newly built and underfloor heating installed. The 30 sqm apartment is located directly on the popular Neckartal bike path. Oberndorf is a conveniently located starting point for activities in the Black Forest, the Swabian Alb or Lake Constance. This apartment is centrally located. Shopping, downtown, bars and restaurants are within walking distance.

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of the rustic half-timbered house in 1890. The small village of Aach is only a 5-minute drive from the spa town of Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also a lot to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna to relax, feed goats or hike together, cuddly hangovers and all kinds of more.

Freudenstadt, with Germany's largest market square, is only 7 km away. Countless cycling and hiking trails, the unique Black Forest National Park and the panoramic pool can be discovered on day trips. The glider airfield is very easily reached on foot…

Dream apartment in a former farmhouse

Your holiday home on the Swabian Alb is located in a former farmhouse "Lerchenhof" that was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly furnished in mid-2016, is about 90 square meters, fully furnished and covers two floors. It is actually quietly located in the village of Erzingen, which belongs to Balingen, and with very good connections to the B27.

Modern apartment on a dairy farm. The apartment is in a separate building on our secluded farm ensemble. Spacious terrace and free view to the valley invites you to relax. You don't hear any street or cars and yet relativeley close to train station or shopping (5km). You can reach restaurants by foot (15 min). Ideal starting point for hiking tours, city trips or just relaxing.

A wonderful bedroom with large double bed, high-quality and fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher. A bath with shower bathtub and a separate toilet make the domicile round and offer up to four persons a piece of home during holiday and business trip.
