The place is very nice. The location is great for walking, cycling, etc. It is very quiet, right by the forest and lakes on the doorstep. The cottage has everything you need, the fireplace is great and makes it cozy warm on colder days.

Wilma + Gerd are lovable, warm hosts who are happy to share their idyll, built up over the years, with you. The spatially separate kitchen is not quite my thing, but fits harmoniously into the overall picture. It can be circumvented with a little initiative. The view and the tranquility at the lake are beautiful.

We had a wonderful weekend on site. Communication with Bernd was excellent. Which I personally find very good that there are two toilets available. I was with my parents, both over 80 years old and running with a walker, so everything was doable on the lower level for them. The property is very well maintained. It would be nice if there were sun loungers.

Thomas' apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished. On the covered terrace, you can spend the day relaxing in nature. The check Inn was easily done by key box due to our later arrival. The next day, we were greeted personally by Thomas his wife. There are many opportunities to do in the area. We hiked around Lake Wurl, crossed it with canoes and visited the Santa Claus parlor in Himmelpforth with bicycles. The beds are comfortable and provide a good night's sleep to experience new adventures the next day. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the accommodation.
