Nice apartment in a good area of Dresden. Right near a Netto and the bus stop to the old town. With line 62 in approx. 10 minutes. Apartment is fully recommended for a city trip and we would book again!

The apartment was very clean and tidy, everything important was available. The apartment is superbly located (quiet, good connection, fast in the city and at the train station, shopping/snacks in the immediate vicinity), you feel very comfortable overall. Communication with August was straightforward, he was extremely friendly and helpful! I would recommend this apartment:)

What a great spot! We were in Dresden as a family of four with two children and the setup was great. Easy to find, very tidy and new! We would absolutely stay here again :)

Dresdner Penthouse Apartment served as a nice choice for our stay in Dresden. The apartment was clean and functional, providing all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony was a nice feature. Having parking in the basement was definitely a bonus, especially if you’re traveling by car. Communication with the host was smooth and straightforward. The location of the apartment is simply ideal, right on the Elberadweg. You can do really nice tours from there. The bikes are great to "park" in the basement. The stairs are a little steep, but no problem. The apartment and the balcony are a dream. But we also had really great weather, so we could use the balcony every day. The house is really quiet and the neighbors very nice. When we arrived we actually got a parking space directly opposite the house and because we did not move our car on vacation, we were able to park there during our stay. If you ever go on excursions by car, we think you can always find a parking space close to the apartment. The restaurants in the nearby area are good and also in terms of price. The description and photos of the apartment definitely correspond to reality. We are really glad that we chose this apartment!

We enjoyed our stay at Janine and Max's apartment. It is located in a very modern house, decorated with attention to detail and really spotlessly clean. The quite central location (including private parking!) is ideal and very quiet. The downtown area is not far away and also on foot it is a nice little walk. And if you want to shop for groceries, it's a 5-minute walk away. Janine and Max were wonderful hosts who helped us quickly with questions (thank you!). We'd love to come back and highly recommend this beautiful, cozy home.

Very good apartment, very well maintained. Maxi is a very good host. The check-in info provided was detailed and accurate, it worked out perfectly. It was great to find ice cubes in the freezer, nice touch. Large storage spaces in bedroom and plenty of floor space for unpacking. Underground parking is a great plus, safe and protected from rain. Location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transport, bakeries and supermarkets. A few things could be improved though. The fire alarm keeps beeping all day and night, which was disturbing. Extra garbage bags could have been provided. Also, guests should be informed that the garbage room is accessible only using the house key (guests often tend to take the garbage out while checking out). A list of consumables provided would also be helpful. It was great to have an egg boiler, toaster and microwave. The kitchen was very well equipped.

We spent one week using the cottage as a home base for Dresden and surroundings. It is wonderfully quiet, with lots of greenery and lots of space to sit outside, but also very comfortable inside! The center is walkable, and tram and train are nearby. Everything is available to spend a perfect holiday there!

We were there with all practice members and looked at Dresden. It was a super nice place to stay. The new town with plenty of shopping and bars is within walking distance. It was ideal for us. We'll be back.

First, thank you to Dana and her family for their hospitality. He patiently answered our questions. The location of the house was very nice. Connected to nature, quiet and tranquil. The view was great. The household items were clean, tidy, and as seen in the photos. We would love to come again in the summer season. Another thing, Don't forget to eat fresh eggs when you come here:)

We had a very nice getaway. The accommodation was exactly as described, everything worked out very well, and it was an ideal starting point for us to explore Dresden by bike via the Elbe bike path. We'd love to come back!
