Private community pools, private access to beach, tennis and other amenities. 5 bedrooms including two with king beds with room for cribs. Bright, airy and cheerful. Parents, home is located on a non through- traffic section of the community. Minimal traffic out front for kids to play without worry of cars. Fully equipped kitchen with full washer/dryer. I have a 2nd home one door over if you need more houses called Pink Pearl.

Our 1 story home is close to the beach. You’ll love the location to shops & restaurants, music & entertainment. Our home is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. We rent it 3 ways: this is the entire house. House without En-Suite for 2 couples or folks with kids for full kitchen, dining living room, 2 TV, 2 BR 1 king & 1 queen, & 1B. OR just the Suite with private entrance for a couple with shower, jacuzzi tub, refrigerator, kitchenette & king bed.

Walk, bike, or take 6 seat golf cart (extra fee) to the beach or walk out the back door to an amazing coastal pine forest. Neighborhood pool access! Beautifully decorated with all amenities: outdoor living area with a fireplace and a screened in porch, a Grill, adult and kid bikes, & a 3rd floor loft. 30A villages of Grayton Beach, Seaside, Alys, & Watercolor are an easy bike ride or 5 min drive away.

You’ll love our place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the people and the location. This charming home is located in a gated community just steps from the beach with a community pool across the street. Beach is 700 steps from front door along a paved sidewalk to private beach access for the neighborhood. The Cottage is great for families (with kids) big groups. Need more room? My place is Located between Seaside and Destin in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, Gone To The Beach is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath cottage with a tower that is part of a small neighborhood of only 75 cottage style homes called Old Florida Village, on the north side of 30A. A community pool just a few steps down a private drive makes keeping tabs on those loved ones especially convenient and beach access is a short stroll (approximately 550 yards or .3 mile).

Beautiful quaint beach house off the beaten path yet close to everything! It’s Peace at the Beach. Soak up the sun! House has upscale furnishings, it’s very private! This is a short 2 mile drive to the beach, but not very walkable. North of Hwy. 98. Super close to upscale shopping on Grande Blvd! Fine dining, movie theater. 9 miles to Seaside, Grayton, Watercolor! Come hang with the cool people!
