Live the simple life in this secluded, close to nature, and centrally located accommodation. Private large plot 300 meters from the city center. A 20 sqm cottage and an old cabin. Comfortable beds, a sofa bed for two and a bunk bed. Outdoor toilet with handwashing. Simple washing area. Shower in another house. Bikes. Hammock. Hammock. Refrigerator. Stove tops. Coffee maker. Table fan. Water in a jug. We'll do the dishes for you for free. Sheets and towels SEK 50 pp. Cleaning SEK 300. Cats, birds and deer, and I've even seen bats and badgers.

Free parking, park in front of the door on the gravel path.

Welcome to a cozy accommodation near Borgholm, Alvaret and Solliden. You will stay in a nice farmhouse on a shared plot. Alvaret is available within a ten-minute walk where Slottsruinen and Solliden are located. It is about 3 km to Borgholm's bustling city life. Bicycles are available to borrow. There is a bike path to town. The cottage is 16 m2 and the balcony 8 m2. The cottage has a fridge, microwave and kettle. Bathroom (toilet and bathtub) and access to water are available in the host's home with a separate entrance.

There is a soapstone fireplace in the house that can be used. Guests have access to their own jetty and rowboat, Ryds 390 There is also a hot electric heated hot tub available at 39 degrees all year round (Note: No bubbles, only purification) Guests bring their own bed linens and towels as well as charcoal and lighting gear for the grill.

Njut i detta unika, och till stora delar egenhändigt byggda hus, vid vägs ände i skogarna runt Virserum. Naturen inbjuder till långa promenader med fantastiska vyer och fina stigar. Huset inbjuder till tysta och vilsamma stunder eller till gemensam matlagning vid spisen men även till att insupa en god bok i någon av de sköna fåtöljerna eller varför inte få till en härlig brasa i kaminen under höst och vinter. Denna natur rik på djur och detta fina hus ska verkligen upplevas på plats. Välkomna!
