My wife Lollo and I welcome you to our newly renovated cottage from 1870, located in a well-preserved and beautiful turn-of-the-century environment. Here you can relax and enjoy - quiet location. You will have access to our private homeland park with barbecues and swing. Nice forest to hike or bike in. The cottage has brand new kitchen and bathroom. Wifi is available. On the plot is also an 18th century house you can look into. It is 12 minutes into Nybro and 8 minutes to Orrefors with Orranäs glass cabin and swimming lake.

Alvaret is available within a ten-minute walk where Slottsruinen and Solliden are located. It is about 3 km to Borgholm's bustling city life. Bicycles are available to borrow. There is a bike path to town. The cottage is 16 m2 and the balcony 8 m2. The cottage has a fridge, microwave and kettle. Bathroom (toilet and bathtub) and access to water are available in the host's home with a separate entrance.

History: Our farm was built early 1900 by Caroline's old grandfather Erik. Our residential house was built in 1908, the following years the rest of the buildings. 1925 man small cottage so then used as a small farmhouse, while upstairs and the part where the kitchen is now a storage room and grain warehouse. Our house is located in the middle of the forest and yet only 3 km from the small town of Högsby, where you will find all the daily necessities.
