The sleeping cabin has a comfortable double bed. In the house 15 meters away there is a sauna, living room, small kitchen, shower and toilet – everything for quiet moments after the day's adventures. Uninsulated cottage 30 km from Kalmar. You can relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. 1.5 km from Påryd where there is a shop, restaurant, outdoor swimming with pools and a large newly built playground. 1.8 km away is Ugglebosjön. Fishing licenses can be purchased at Ica in Påryd. Several swimming areas in the nearby area. Since the cottage is uninsulated, there are: Sleeps 5, April-October Sleeps 3 in October-April. Sheets and shower towels are to be brought by the guest, but otherwise there are duvets, pillows and small towels.

Free parking, park in front of the door on the gravel path.

Welcome to a cozy accommodation near Borgholm, Alvaret and Solliden. You will stay in a nice farmhouse on a shared plot. Alvaret is available within a ten-minute walk where Slottsruinen and Solliden are located. It is about 3 km to Borgholm's bustling city life. Bicycles are available to borrow. There is a bike path to town. The cottage is 16 m2 and the balcony 8 m2. The cottage has a fridge, microwave and kettle. Bathroom (toilet and bathtub) and access to water are available in the host's home with a separate entrance.

Guest house with a quiet family in the countryside on Öland

The guest house is about 27m3 And has a sleeping loft that is 16 m3. I'm 170 cm tall and you can see in the picture that I can stand up straight. The sofa is a sofa bed that is 180x75 But if necessary, we can set up an extra mattress 200x80 We finished building the house in the spring of 2021 and we are proud of the cool details we came up with. We simply love the house.
