Fresh house of about 100 sqm and 100 sqm wooden deck. Glazed terrace. The house is located next to road 136 in the village of Rälla. Here it is close to Ica shop, Ekerum's golf club and about 1km to the swimming /sea. The house has two bedrooms, TV room/dining room, toilet with shower and kitchen on the entrance. Utility room, master bedroom, toilet, laundry room in the basement. Eight beds in total. There is a 1st shower in the house. 50” TV Free wifi in the whole house. Grill is available. 3000 sqm lovely garden, with plenty of space to park several cars.

High quality of everything from building materials to furniture. This is a home for the extra picky who appreciate the beautiful and the peaceful. Here, a calmness enters. Close to the sea, 30 minutes to Karlskrona, 35 minutes to Kalmar, the glass kingdom in the Knots, picturesque Kristianopel a stone's throw away. Farm shops and café just around the corner.
