Stay right on the beach in wonderful Sandvik! Swim, sunbathe and enjoy the sunset over the sea. Cycle along the stone coast's beautiful road and experience Öland's nature. Sandvik is Öland's pearl, a quiet picturesque fishing village with beach, harbor cafe, restaurants and ICA. In the house you will find a new kitchen with many dining areas and three bedrooms with comfortable beds. Ocean views are from almost all rooms. In the garden there is outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill for summer evenings. In case of rainy days, the afternoon tea can be taken on the porch.

Exceptional cottage next to the Alvar

Right next to the alvar in the small row village is this former exemption cabin next to our house on the farm. We also run the yarn shop ”Knick alvar”. In spring, the orchids bloom rich here. Several interesting historical places are within hiking distance such as Dröstorp's desert village. We chickens, five cats and two dogs. The house is from 1899 but has all modernities. BBQ area outside. Here, it is quiet and peaceful. In Gårdby, about 2 km, there is Eksgården which is a first class restaurant and Gårdby cafe

Nice house with 200 meters to the sea.

A bright and fresh holiday home in quiet Bredingestrand. The cottage area has its own private swimming area! Several nice beaches are available to visit in the nearby area. The house has a cosy porch with barbecue and evening sun. There is also dining table outside in the garden, amenities such as WiFi and AC. Swedish and German TV. From here you can reach southern Öland's rich range of art, food and nature. The house is located four km from Mörbylånga with a good range of shops, cafes, restaurants and services.

House in Djupvik, 200 meters to the sea!

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Only 200 meters to the sea in the beautiful coastal village of Djupvik, about 25 km north of Borgholm. Here you can enjoy a relaxing existence in a leafy and secluded garden. There are two spacious bedrooms, a fresh bathroom, a cozy sleeping loft, a spacious living room/kitchen with open up in the nock and a lovely outdoor space. Large wooden deck with plenty of room to hang out, eat and sunbathe. There is also a cottage with two beds. Wi/fi available.

Swedish cottage, nestled in the heart of the enchanting Småland forest. Our home has been lovingly renovated to offer modern comforts while retaining its rustic charm, making it the perfect getaway for families and nature lovers alike. Accommodates up to 6 guests. Bright entrance, one double bedroom, a modern kitchen with a welcoming living room that offers views of the garden and forest. On the upper floor there is a large Loft divided in two areas offering a super king bed and two queens bed.

Historic gem in the middle of Öland

Peace and privacy in Norra Bäck, about 3 km from the eastern coastal road. In the centre of Öland, only 20 minutes from the Öland Bridge. Jöns-Lasses is a converted farm named after the carpenter and blacksmith Jöns Larsson. Much has been preserved since the 19th century. Now we rent out so that more people can enjoy this fantastic place. Large lush garden and courtyard and free access to the meadow next to the farm. A real time travel with historical details! Welcome back in time!

Space for at least 8 people, if not more, the summer cottage with 5 beds is available during week 25-35. 200 meters to swimming with fine sandy bottom, 1 km to Stora Rör harbor with restaurants, tennis courts, padel courts and only 6 km to Sweden's foremost golf facilities Ekerum Golf and resort.

Welcome to Villa Lillian! This old Lady built in 1772 comes with a lot of charm and her 50 sqm has during the last 5 years been updated to modern standards. We own the house and you have access to the whole house plus a very tiny courtyard. The Villa is situated on a corner lot in a calm neighborhood with only 50 meters to the ocean/beach. Freshly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming pier. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all the amenities. The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like. At the jetty, there is also a small rowboat if you want to take a short trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? A warm welcome.

Welcome to our fantastic place with two cottages, patios in all directions, private beach and jetty at beautiful Norra Dragsviken in Kalmarsund! In summer, we rent out weekly to up to 12 people, but of course you can also rent here as a couple or small family.
