Beautiful Smålandshus in vibrant village. Room for a maximum of 12 people. The house has seven rooms and a spacious and well-equipped country kitchen. Two bathrooms with shower and WC. Washing machine and dryer. In the garden there are football goals, swings, barbecue and outdoor furniture. Guest house, Färjestaden, Öland!

Cottage on property with quiet location close to the sea and nature. Located in Färjestaden (by the paradise workshop) with 500 meters to the swimming area, proximity to grocery store. Fully furnished cottage with a bunk bed, upper bed 140 cm and lower 120 cm. In the kitchen there is a fridge, freezer, microwave and electric stove and oven. Wifi. Bathroom with washing/drying machine. Buses go into Kalmar every 20 minutes. Bike ferry runs every hour to Kalmar in the summer. Duvet and pillows are available but not linens/towels. Smoking not allowed. No animals.

Lovely newly built house 1 of (3) in the area with open spaces. The residence offers a balcony overlooking the lake with barbecue facilities and a sun deck. There is a soapstone fireplace in the house that can be used. Guests have access to their own jetty and rowboat, Ryds 390 There is also a hot electric heated hot tub available at 39 degrees all year round (Note: No bubbles, only purification) Guests bring their own bed linens and towels as well as charcoal and lighting gear for the grill.

Here you live in the loft building at the farm, where you sleep in a beautiful four-poster bed. You can cook simpler meals in your own kitchenette or grill at your own patio with a lake view. Below the accommodation is the beautiful lake where you can take a swim on a private peninsula or relax with a good book in the hammock and enjoy both sunrise and sunset. Canoe and boat are at your disposal. Outdoor shower in beautiful surroundings. In the loft building you will find a shared guest toilet.

Det finns en altan med morgonsol och en altan mot väster för sköna grillkvällar, kvällsmys och fina solnedgångar över hav och natur. Två ordentligt tilltagna sovrum samt ett kök mittemellan dessa. Optimalt bor 4 personer här, men det finns 8 sovplatser om ni är beredda att bo lite mer trångt. Fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin och kommunalt vatten.

Newly built seaside cottage for comfortable year-round accommodation directly at the shore of an idyllic bay. 4 + 1 beds. About 350 m2 private plot with pier and boat. The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Rustic country house, sauna | Goat farm next door

Relax in a traditional Swedish wooden house. In the afternoon, sunrays bathe the entrance area and the living room in the bright colors of the hand-blown windows of the entrance door.
