Vacation rentals with a firepit in Old Forge

We had such a great girls weekend at Tanya’s place in Sylvan Beach! The house was just as described—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. The location was ideal, with plenty of great dining options nearby and everything was just a quick drive or walk down the beach away. Check-in was super easy and stress-free. Tanya was a great host, and we’d definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Barbara’s peaceful cabin was absolutely gorgeous. We loved every minute of our stay. Beautiful scenery and right next to the lake. The cabin is also only a short distance from the Lapland skiing center and therefore an ideal location for all cross country skiing fans. Barbara was extremely responsive and answered all our questions. We are hoping to come back in the summer

this was a snowmobile location. As such it was very nice, especially considering the challenges with the weather. ( record snows with blizzard force winds) We struggled finding the trail. The unit accommodated 4 people, two trucks with trailers. Internally everything was clean and operational.

Really nice place. We will definitely stay there again next year.

Amazing cozy spot with an incredible lake view. Went off-season with my girlfriend to enjoy ATV riding and we enjoyed our stay. You can sit by the campfire, and enjoy nature at night. Very quiet place perfect for nature lovers. The stargazing is also incredible!

Our stay at Grants Island was just what we needed for a little family getaway! The weather complied, the lake and views from the dock were amazing. The use of the pontoon made for good fishing but even better fishing right off the dock! John was more than accommodating with our needs and communication was easy. The cabin fit 5 of us just fine and everyone enjoyed themselves. The local restaurant had great food and drinks!

Great location for snowmobiling. House very clean, plenty of parking for my crew cab truck with 24' trailer.

Can't recommended this place enough. I brought my team to the area for a tournament so the Sunrise and Sunset cottages were perfect. It fit all of us comfortably, the bathrooms were beautiful, and the kitchen was well equipped. The hosts were also very responsive and super helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out. I'd absolutely stay here again.

This is a quiet rustic spot Jeannie made it a point to introduce herself and let me know if I needed anything just reach out I took advantage of the free snacks and if you forget anything there was a nice assortment of toiletries My only disappointment for the stay is i did not get to pet the dog!!!!!

Had an awesome time staying here for our snowmobiling trip. Enough room for truck and trailer and we really liked being able to pull our snowmobiles in the heated garage when we got back. Access to the trail is literally behind the house! Super convenient! Hosts were very nice and responsive to any questions we may have had. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great little place. Very private, even though it's upstairs of the main house. It has a separate entrance. This apartment, has the best views in the whole house, overlooking a field. Great little kitchen (with coffee supplies, tea, and some snacks). Comfortable separate bedroom. I could live there pretty happily!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was roomy and can accommodate a family. We will definitely stay again.

Elise was always helpful and responsive. Riding snowmobile for the first time in Old Forge was great and finding the trail from this location was a breeze. The apartment was perfect for what I wanted; clean, new, private, even tall ceilings for a very open feel. So glad I chose this place over a motel.

There isn’t enough space to share all the great things about this place. Remarkably clean, modern amenities, comfortable furniture, and on and on. The hosts are friendly and easy to get ahold of if needed. This is our second stay and it’s was just as beautiful as it was 3 years ago. It’s definitely one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The added bonus is the beautiful lake with easy access for seasonal enjoyment.

We had a good stay for one night on the way to a sky resort. The location was good for us. The house is spacious. The communication was good.

Besides the roads not having enough snow on them to get to trails without over heating our sleds it was a nice stay. The house was a good size for the 4 of us that went for the weekend. Jen was quick to respond if I had any questions. Looks just like the pictures. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time. We kayaked up the river and saw beavers and lots of birds. the amenities were great. very cute cabin with a fantastic view

We had a wonderful time at Erica’s place! We enjoyed the firepit and outdoor grill, while our dog enjoyed relaxing on the porch and running around the front area. It was very close to the river which you could hear anytime you were outside, adding to the atmosphere. Both in and outside the house, it seemed she had thought of anything we could possibly need! It was a beautiful cabin, fairly private and quiet, and just what everyone wants for a get-away trip. This was my first time booking with Airbnb, and she made our trip easy from the initial communication prior to booking until the final day when she offered us an additional day due to inclement weather during our stay. I would certainly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxed trip near water!

Our stay at Tiffany and Adam's cabin was the perfect destination for an anniversary weekend celebration! Tiffany was communicative, detail oriented and so sweet! We loved the serenity of the TR property, the white noise of the babbling creek and the cozy amenities of the cabin. Renting the sxs was a blast and was a great way to explore local trails as a family. An added bonus was having the flexibility to include our dog on vacation. We can't wait to return next year!!

The cabin was perfect. Well maintained and great location. Access was easy and has everything we needed. Loved sitting by the firepit and in the jacuzzi. Access down to the river was great and the landscape beautiful. Close to Old Forge and many hiking trails. Pictures don't do it justice.

Amazing cabin in the woods with loads of character - a great base for hiking in the Adiorondacks!

This is a beautiful place! The cabin is warm and cozy. The views of the lake are wonderful. Despite the chilly temperatures outside, the cabin was warm. The electric fireplace provided ample heat and created a warm, cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. There is also a very nice set of barbecue tools for grilling outdoors. Upon arrival there were some welcome snacks. All amenities are as listed in the description. There is also a nice array of wine glasses and cocktail supplies. There are many opportunities to enjoy the beauty of the Adirondacks within a reasonable distance- hiking trails, Tupper Lake, Lake Placid. The view from the cabin is great. Sitting at the firepit also provides a good view of the lake. The location is very private and peaceful. Martin is a wonderful host. He was very responsive to all questions prior to and throughout our stay. I highly recommend this location.
