Comfortable stay, house equipped and very central but in quiet sector, there is shade and nice pool that we enjoy next to pet since it is very well fenced, and has accessibility for older adults with reduced mobility to the house [flat land] and has a bathroom/ shower with support bars.

Excellent house to enjoy, it is as seen in the photos, everything is super good, we only had inconveniences with the electricity of the living room we did not have electricity in the sockets, it was tried to solve but there was no case, otherwise everything was excellent.

It was an excellent experience staying at Juan's house. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and very organized, it had everything you need to make our stay a wonderful experience. We travel as a family, with our dogs included, and we had a great time! The check-in and check-out was very flexible, which we appreciated and Juan was always very attentive to our needs. A good place to stay, it's cozy and has a lot of space. It is close to the main places of black island and Oscar is a very attentive host to any requirement. The house keeps the heat well for its construction material and was clean when we arrived. There are not many appliances, you have to go prepared if they are required.

Beautiful home! We had a very quiet weekend, with a beautiful view and everything you need to rest. The place is beautiful, close to the beach by car and then walking a few minutes. Very quiet place to disconnect. We would definitely go back! Highly recommended!

Really a liking the house, everything works perfect, the decor is cute and cozy and super well equipped (kitchen utensils, bathroom, heating, cushions, down, etc). It is even better than what can be seen in the pictures. In addition, Fabiola was a seven as a very responsive host of doubts and super clear to provide us with instructions and coordinate our arrival and departure. We hope to come back very soon.

Excellent, cute, spacious and comfortable house in Marbella, Maitencillo. The house is very well maintained, it has everything, the decor is super ad-hoc to the place and the host is very friendly and attentive. It is in a very well located area which allowed us to go to restaurant and we stay close to the supermarkets in the area. We had an amazing time with my girlfriends and felt very comfortable. Unbeatable house highly recommended!

The house comes with everything you need to host, good terrace and functional. It would be nice to have a TV since walking with children is very helpful so they can watch movies. The condominium is very quiet and has a very nice environment, close to the beach 10 minutes by car, very good restaurants in the center of algarrobo.

I needed a place very close to Padre Hurtado and we found this house that has everything one needs in their stay. For two people it is an accurate place or if you have 2 children. Nearby there is a warehouse, supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, etc. Jonathan a friendly host.

We went for our family vacation, we were 15 people among them older adults and children. We feel very comfortable in the house, I consider that in reality it is better than in the photographs. Very comfortable for large groups, many spaces outside, large pool. The gardens are really beautiful. We highly recommend it. The beach is very close, it can be reached on foot. It has a supermarket very close by and several amenities. Magdalena was very loving and attentive.

The place is as it appears in the photos. Clean and with everything you need for a good stay. We were taken care of very well from the arrival to the residential complex. Neruda's house can be reached walking and there is also a well stocked supermarket nearby. It is very good to stay there since everything is like new. Comfortable, private and safe. If we go to Black Island again we will repeat.
