Incredible stay! Wish we could have stayed longer and had more time to enjoy the perfectly maintained gardens and sweet vintage accommodations. Loved everything about it - clean, cozy, great tips for Yosemite, and reliable communication from the host. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay in Frannys home with no complaints. This was our first time staying in a guest house but overall we had a very private & peaceful stay! The home was spacious enough for my family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). The beds and linens were so comfortable, we had great sleep. The bbq area was perfect for making meals as well as the kitchen it was stocked with pots, spices, and even a complimentary food tray Franny left for us which was so thoughtful! Franny was very responsive and accomodating as well. There is a market right in front of the location which was nice as well as a really cute Café with delicious shakes & food. The casino was only a 7 min drive, and Yosemite park is about a 1.5 hr drive from here. :)

Jimmy was an amazing host along with Cowboy, his horse. It was a private location very suitable for a romantic getaway. We made all our meals there. The kitchen was well equipped. Jimmy always made himself available for questions or concerns as well as giving us space and privacy. Thanks Jimmy

Host was responsive and made things simple. I hope to come back again. Nice country feel. You can see that the place is thought out and cared for with the visiting guest in mind.
