The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

Nově u nás najdete i soukromou saunu na dřevo – ideální rituál pro prohřátí těla po celém dni. Večer vás pak zahřeje praskající krb nebo ohniště pod širým nebem, zatímco nad hlavou tiše poletují netopýři. Ideální místo pro chvíle ticha a útěk do přírody.

The house is situated in a big art garden full of stone and metal statues,other artifacts,next to the main house. Near Prague center. 2 minutes to a bus stop. Close to metro (subway) station. 20 minutes to the center of Prague. The house has fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Sleeping are is on the upper level of the house.
