Great place to stay. Leah is an extremely polite host. The place is amazing and if we are in the area ever again we are going to try to come back!

This our second time staying at April’s. The place was very clean and April is very responsive. The weather was beautiful for our stay. We enjoyed a great hike in the John Bryan state park. The restaurants are very good and walkable from Aprils place. She has a great place and is an exceptional host.

Tiny and efficient, thoughtfully laid out and very clean. Deann made it easy to communicate, very pleasant and responsive. Historic small town neighborhood was a pleasure.

Nice place to stay. Nice view of the river and walking trail right outside the door. Little River Bar and Grill right across the street for good food and entertainment. Lindsey was very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely stay there again.
