Det er gangavstand til sentrum, Trondheim Spektrum (ca 5 min), NTNU, ST. Olavs Hospital, Bymarka og god bussforbindelse til Granåsen. Nærhet til alt av kollektivtransport. Ila er en hyggelig bydel med parker, kafeer, gallerier, fine turområder, bakeri og dagligvarebutikker. Alt dette så og si rett utenfor døra.

This apartment-building has (maybe?) the best possible location in Trondheim, and was finished in 2018. You can easily walk to the old part of town (Bakklandet), citycenter and Solsiden. My apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator), and is about 45m2. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a coffee-machine. There will be bedsheets, towels, iron, hairdryer ect. available. The busstop "Soksiden" takes your directly to the airport. Big shared rooftop :-)

Metro bus with departure every 10 minutes is just outside the door. The barn trail and beautiful Korsvika are also in the area, in addition to THE SEA arena where they have swimming area and sauna available for drop-in. EC-Dahl's arena is also just across the road.
