Monthly Rentals in Orleans

This was our 3rd time staying at the Hobbit Cottage. It’s become a home-away-from-home for us. Just love the location and the comfortable nature of the place. It’s always clean and welcoming and the marsh in the backyard provides lots of wildlife enjoyment. Brenda is a great host. She’s very attentive and helpful. I just can’t say enough good things about the Hobbit Cottage!

My husband, dog and I went to the Cape pre-season and found the spot very peaceful. Orleans is a good location during quiet times, as well as, during the summertime bustle. House was clean and had the necessities to cook a dinner. The two patios are a plus. Thank you Cindy!

Barbara's place was a comfy, cozy spot. Very quiet and peaceful and the view was gorgeous. We really felt at home. Barbara was available if we needed anything. Nice little touches with extra water, popcorn and even a special delivery of some cookies!!! So delicious! We would stay here again!

We were on the Cape to celebrate my mother’s 98th birthday. This was a perfect place for my husband and I as well as our daughter with our 5 month old grandson.
