Bed linens and towels are not included. Downstairs, a double bedroom, kitchen and living room with TV. Tjörn has many sights and beautiful small islands to visit. The house is close to a well-stocked grocery store with, among other things, a fish shop, as well as a pharmacy, STC and health center. It is 50 kilometers to Gothenburg where you can also take the bus. Welcome!

Around the house, there is a large sheltered terrace overlooking the sea and a swimming area with a jetty. A small staircase up, you will find a newly renovated upper floor with bathroom. 15 minutes walk along the water into Ljungskile center and train/bus station and only 50 meters to 2 nice restaurants. A quiet little oasis with proximity to nature and plenty of activities in the area for those who want them.

Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

60 sqm cottage with its own beach & older standard. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and shower, and a washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, plus an induction hob with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the patio facing the sea. Gas grill, parasol, access to a private beach. Note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) Three kayaks, one double and two single, and a small rowboat are available during the stay. There is a wood-fired hot tub.

It is close (500 meters) to lovely swimming, hiking trails and local attractions. The swimming area and harbor in Stockvik (500 meters) is perfect for swimming, crab fishing and relaxation. Outdoors, there is a dining table for eight people and extra furniture that can be moved and adapted depending on the time of day. You can always find a place for sun, shade and shelter.

Newly-built house located next to our residential house but demarcated and with its own spaces. We hang out mostly on the other side, but of course we'll say hello if we see you on the balcony. Little dog will probably say hello too. Take the path down to the jetty and swim or walk to Henån's lively center with shops and several restaurants. Close to forest and land and a perfect starting point for day trips by bus or car to the pearls of the Bohuskusten.
