Fantastic newly built house by the sea with its own large jetty and its own berth included in the rent. On the jetty there are sun loungers, a large dining table with 8 chairs in teak and a bathing ladder for comfortable bathing. Within walking distance there is a sauna, paddle courts and kayaks for rent. The sea house has on the first floor an open living room with kitchen and a toilet with shower and washing machine. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. Nearby is a boat ramp for launching your own boat. Welcome to this amazing place.

Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

House of 44 sqm with the possibility of accommodating five people. The house is beautifully located overlooking meadows and mountains. In front of the house there is a large lawn that can be used for games and other activities. It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. The island's landscape is diverse, with open sea and cliffs to the west, and small farms and forests in the centre.

We hope you will enjoy your stay! Bed linens and towels are brought by the guest, or rented by us for SEK 100 per set.
