Sheep, chickens and rabbits, 2 kayaks and Optimist to borrow. We live in the neighboring house itself.

The property is located rural with views of meadow and forest and in walking distance to sea bathing and public transport (2 km). In 5 minutes you reach the E6 which opens up the huge range of activities that Sweden's west coast has to offer. The property comfortably sleeps 4 (2 in sofa bed). With us, you get access to a rowing boat, a shared bathing raft and a barbecue area overlooking the lake. The accommodation is located along the hiking trail Bohusleden and about 12 km from both Uddevalla and Ljungskile. The peace, quietness and proximity to nature will make you relax and find your inner peace. Start the day with a swim in the lake or drink your morning coffee while the sun slowly rises.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

In addition, own private terrace with deck chairs. Only 2 minutes walk to tram taking you directly into town in 20 minutes. Or take the tram 2 stops to nearby Saltholmen and take the ferries to the lovely southern archipelago.
