Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. Stor altan med grill och vidsträckt utsikt över havet och båthamnen. Nära till havet, enskilt men ändå i samhället, högst upp på en återvändsgata finner du detta lilla hus. Ca 300 meter till Orust finaste badplats med bryggor, hopptorn, klippor och en liten strand för de allra minsta. Välsorterad mataffär och utmärkt pizzeria 150 meter från huset.

The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).
