Beautiful location! The house is spacious, furnished in a rustic style with attention to detail, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We spent four days in total tranquility, surrounded by nature and breathtaking scenery, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunsets while walking in the surroundings. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the common areas are comfortable and well-organized. The host was extremely helpful and proactive from check-in, promptly responding to any needs. A place I highly recommend to anyone seeking a break immersed in nature.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful home 10 minutes from Orvieto. Even better views than the pictures online. Nothing says Italy more than looking outside and seeing grape vineyards all around. The host, Piero, was very kind and the wine from his estate (available for purchase at the house) was terrific.

If you are driving around Umbria to view Perugia or Assisi, this is the perfect stay. It is a fifteen minute drive to both locations. It's very close to the Assisi airport, but the planes are infrequent and not at night so noise is not an issue. The apartment is more beautiful than the pictures. You may be thinking "it's too far and we won't be able to walk." There is plenty of parking in Assisi and Perugia. You will be thankful you stayed here instead.

We had a nice time with friends in Tarano. Communication went smoothly, the house was fine, the air conditioning was a plus and the pool was very pleasant. 1 small downside: there are no umbrellas as shown in the photos. Definitely recommended to stay here.

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

Accommodation in a perfect location to quickly reach the main destinations such as Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Lake Trasimeno or the many wonderful Umbri villages. We absolutely loved our two-week stay at Lucy and Tommy’s house. The house itself is beautiful, and the garden is truly a haven of peace - we spent so much time there, fully unwinding and recharging. From the moment we arrived, Lucy and Tommy were wonderful hosts, always available and incredibly helpful. They provided great local recommendations, and we were also lucky enough to try their delicious homemade olive oil. The house is located in an extremely peaceful area, surrounded by trees and nature, which made our stay even more relaxing. We can only highly recommend this accommodation and we truly hope to visit again in the future.

Enzo was one of the best hosts we've ever had. He was akways available and gave us excellent recommondations for activities and dining in and around Cortona. The apartment was immaculate, well equipped for cooking in and worked perfectly for our 3 week stay and our many day trips to explore the Tuscan medieval hill towns in the vicinity. The Tuscan sunsets 2 min from the apartment are magical. We'll be back!!

Angela's apartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful building with olive trees park just outside the walls of Assisi. We especially appreciated the location, which allows you to reach the historic center of Assisi on foot, and the possibility of free parking in the park of the villa.

Beautiful view from the roof terrace, spacious, very beautiful. Minus: high and unmarked tree in the kitchen. Please beware!

Place is great..... Waking up in the morning and enjoying that view is priceless. There was everything in the house, especially in the kitchen. I think it is strategically located 20/30 from all the main attractions in the area.

It was a short stay, 2 nights, but the house is clean and comfortable with everything you need, from kitchen equipment to washing machine for quick washing. Easy and quick to get to the center of the city, great location. Therefore thanks

The apartment was immaculate, comfortable beds, the table was laid before we arrived for our convenience and he responded to all messages within minutes. Perugia is a beautiful city and we were so pleased we chose to stay here as the location was central to town, safe and easily accessible by public bus from the train station. It was our first time in Perugia and the stay went great. Paola was very nice and approachable, welcoming us like daughters. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos and equipped with all amenities. Absolutely recommended for those looking for a pleasant stay, slightly away from the chaos of downtown but conveniently connected thanks to the mini-meter, whose stop is right next to the apartment

Claudia is very kind, polite and responsive. Comfortable house, with many comforts, clean and in a quiet area. private parking is extremely convenient, house equipped for all the necessary needs. Full, comfortable and equipped kitchen for everything you need. Nearby supermarkets, bars, and clubs, which allow the property to be very comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

This apartment has a view from every window - even the bathroom! It is on the quiet side of town, and was extremely quiet at night, but only a short walk to good restaurants and cellers. I stayed 2 weeks while studying at the language school on the far side of town, and I could not have made a better.l choice. Very comfortable bed and seating in the kitchen, and Giacomo was a friendly and responsive host.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment Mirto. Everything was thought of, we were warmly welcomed, there was a huge fruit bowl and wine. The amenities were especially great for families. Even a laundry basket was there. The outdoor area was indescribably beautiful. So much space. So much nature. This tranquility. Heavenly. We slept wonderfully. Beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of cabinets. The furnishings of all rooms are incredibly tasteful. We felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful time ♥️ We recommend a trip to the magical mountain village of Pitigliano, about 1 hour away.

Mioara's place is very nice, super clean, and has a lovely little balcony. Good location, too. Also, the host was very kind and helpful at any time. Highly recommended!

Wow! Beautiful place! We have a wonderful pizza on the terrace and a great breakfast spread in the morning. The room was comfortable and very clean. The hosts were kind and welcoming. We can’t wait to go back. Totally worth the drive out there.

Hugo is a very nice host. We went to a volleyball game in Perugia. This place is in an ideal location. It's close to the hall, it's very easy to get into the center with the minimetro, which is very close to the place. We'd love to come back anytime!

The accommodation is a small paradise of tranquility. No noise pollution. Wonderful view. Careful environment and a beautiful pool where you can relax and cool off. Antonella and her family are exquisite, kind, and extremely discreet people. strategic location to visit both the villages of Lake Trasimeno and to visit Perugia, Assisi and many other places. The nearby village is enchanting and you can shop for local products. For a more complex shopping just reach the lake village (Passignano) and you can find coop and Conad. the only thing that should be considered is that the area is totally devoid of a mobile network. The house is equipped with wifi, but as soon as you leave the house, even just to go to the pool, you have no way to access the network. For those like us who wanted to disconnect from everything, it was a no problem. If instead you needed to work or be available, it should be considered. overall for us it was a beautiful week of relaxation. It's worth it.
