The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. In winter, 5 km ice rink on the lake within a few minutes' walking distance.

The cottage is located on the outskirts of a village where the forest begins, and a stream flows beside the cottage. It is 4 km to the nearest store and 10 km into the town of Sandviken. Nice berries and mushroom places nearby. There is a small forest lake a 30-minute walk from the cabin.
