The wood stove that crackles in the kitchen is the same one on which the mother cooked lunch. She lived on the upper floor and we offer her kitchen with adjoining bedroom and bathroom. Quiet and peaceful in the old timber building. Outside, you can enjoy the mountain views or visit Frösön's beautiful church, which is next to the rectory where the host couple live with their dogs and cats.

Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon.
