Sublime riad in the medina. A hidden door leads us into this establishment. It's breathtaking, a haven of peace in the middle of the souk. Perfect location and close to everything, 5-star service, an unforgettable stay for my wife's 40th birthday. There were 15 of us, suites each more beautiful than the last. I advise everyone to have the couscous prepared by Aziz's staff. A big thank you to you Aziz, for this unforgettable stay.

An excellent stay overall, marked by clear communication and prompt responses that made the experience smooth from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The property is beautifully presented/spacious, thoughtfully appointed, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Located in a peaceful, secure neighborhood, it offers the added advantage of being within easy walking distance of the medina and main square/around 15 minutes at a brisk pace. It’s also just a stone’s throw from a number of charming artisanal boutiques that lend the area real character. All in all, a brilliant experience. Very beautiful Riad, pleasant to live in for a relaxing stay away from noise and yet in the heart of the medina. Matthieu is a proactive host, very attentive. He answered any questions we had and shared his knowledge of the city with his recommendations of things to see, do or taste. Everything was organized from scratch for our arrival (pick up from the airport to the Riad). Now the cherry on the cake: FATIMA. This woman is a gem. Always available, caring for residents, extremely kind, gentle, generous and caring, she radiates in her kitchen. Its small dishes are just excellent and very hearty (even breakfast is pantagruleic). In addition, she did not hesitate to take her time to accompany us in the souks and recommend where to buy something. And at the same time so discreet when she's there.

We had a great 3 night stay here. Plenty of space for our family of 5 - kids aged 15, 10 & 8. The roof top was fab. I might have been nervous if my children we're alot younger with the balconies & rooftop but for us it was great. The communal pool was lovely too when it was hot. We got a very warm welcome and lots of useful information to settle us in. Location suited us, outside the medina but within walking distance if you like walking. My only gripe was the pillows are a bit small, otherwise beds were comfortable. Thanks for a lovely stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

What better proof of satisfaction than to come back; which I did a year after my first stay. Very responsive host and well surrounded by Mr. Brahim who ensures stewardship. Very secure residence. Very nice pool. Impeccable apartment on the garden level. Good geographical location. I'll be back.

Spacious, clean and very well-equipped apartment. We did not use the kitchen but it is very large and seems to be well equipped. Very comfortable bedding. I know it doesn't happen much in Morocco but a small curtain for the shower would be a real plus. The apartment is very well located, close to the main axes of Marrakech, Medina within walking distance, horse-drawn carriage rides next door. Private parking space in the basement of the residence. Small convenience store downstairs from the building, neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The only small downside for me but that won't stop us from coming back: - apartment on the 4th and terrace on the 6th, you have to take the elevator to get there, so you can't go in a simple swimsuit, you have to dress since you cross common areas. Philippe and Nissrine are very responsive and have good advice, thank you very much to you both!

We had an amazing trip to Marrakech. Saïd ensured all communication was clear and arranged airport transfers. When we arrived we were greeted by Adam who provided all the info we needed. Aude was on hand by message to arrange excursions (dromedary ride and dinner in the desert) plus a guided tour of the Medina with a very knowledgeable guide (well worth it if you are interested in local history). The beds are comfortable and we had breakfast made by Aude twice (our choice to have twice out). Great meals at Villa Aaron and Dardar. Marrakech is full of sights, sounds, smells and experience. The people are so welcoming. You get used to the busy streets and it feels very safe. Haggle in the souk for souvenirs to take home and remember this beautiful place.

Abdel is a very welcoming host, very available and very good advice for activities. There were 14 of us and we went there for a birthday, he made us very nice surprises related to our activities, do not hesitate to go through him for reservations. I highly recommend her Riad and all her staff is taking care of the guests. It was a GREAT stay.

Riad Bab Ouchka is a lovely oasis in the middle of the frantic streets of Marrakech. It was spotlessly clean and all of the bedrooms are spacious. The roof terrace is a great spot to relax. Its just a few minutes walk from the shopping streets and about 10 mins to the main square. There are several lovely restaurants with peaceful terraces within a few steps. Mohammed arranged a taxi from the airport and was there to meet the taxi a few streets away from the riad which is as close as a car can get. I'd highly recommend this as its quite hard to find the first time. Mohammed was happy to sit with us and go over a map of the city pointing out things to do and he recommended a really good restaurant very close by. We had breakfast cooked for us in the riad on a couple of days, very tasty - definitely give this a go.

Sadly we only had one night at Khalid's beautiful riad. Khalid was generous with his time welcoming us, answering every last question we had, arranging transportation to the airport and so much more. The accommodations are lovely, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We cannot wait to return. Next time it will certainly be for a longer stay. Thank you Khalid!

If you want to taste the true essence of Morocco, you absolutely have to come in this fabulous riad, comfortable, evocative and tastefully furnished. We appreciated the location, the terrace, the rooms and the kindness of Ibtissam who prepared great breakfasts for us.

A group of 9 of us went to the villa for a girls trip to celebrate turning 40. It was utterly wonderful! I don’t think the photos in the listing do this place justice, it really was incredible. Christine and her team made sure we were extremely well looked after from the moment we arrived until the minute we left. Special mention to Saloua and team for the catering, it was fabulous. We were so sad to leave, but will cherish the memories we made on this trip! Thank you Christine!

Great location to visit Marrakech! Very good communication with Maria whether in advance or during the stay. Very well arranged apartment, the terrace with pool is a very pleasant plus to rest after a day to visit!

Really lovely riad in a great location. Christian-Andre was really responsive and helpful when making the booking and Oussama was great in organising trips and taxis when we were there. The riad is in a good , quiet location. The nearby local Berber market is useful if you want to get some street food and the walk into the main souks is very easy. The rooms in the riad were spacious and clean and the pool was pretty warm and pleasant to relax in. The breakfast was filling too.

We decided to go on a family trip, and were looking for a private Riad for 9 persons. We found this Riad from Alain, and were amazed! We had a great time, the space is cozy and has real character. We felt home and welcome in this Riad in Marrakesh and can't wait to come back again! The location was central and close to all different sorts of restaurants, shops and facilities like taxi stands. It's also close to Bacha Coffee! We also are very happy with Alain, who gave us all the information we needed before our journey began. Rachida, the lovely lady who was at the Riad who picked us up from the taxi stand and walked with us to the Riad, and made us breakfast every day. She was very kind and we miss her already! We made some really good memories with our family.

This riad was as lovely as the photos indicated. From start to finish, my family was well taken care of. The riad was very conveniently located and very quiet despite its location near many activities. I've already recommended it to friends for their future stays. Thank you!

We stayed at the place for a week. Everything was ready when we arrived facilitated by the presence of Rachid and Hossine to give us the key. Ilham the owner is very nice&reactive. We did not meet him but he was helpful and responded very quickly when I had any questions. The apartment is located in a quiet residence&donne on the quiet street. The pool was accessible and maintained but we did not test it. Small toilet kits were made available to us when we arrived in the orange tree of Morocco. Very nice little touches!! Clean linens and soft towels in the bathroom. The apartment is functional. It has what it takes to make a little cooking for two. There are very good shops & restaurants nearby at reasonable prices. We did not use the kitchen much&washed outside to enjoy moments of interaction&-sharing in the evening during Ramadan. Thank you Ilham.😊

The place was very nice and quiet. We did not have good flight times and a flexible check-in and check-out. Abdellatif was always available and helped us with it. The pool has been great for our children and we really liked the Moroccan charm in the villa. Cats come by again and again, which my children loved it very much. We had two normal duvets, the rest are these typical thick fluffy Moroccan blankets. This might be a bit of a hassle if someone has asthma. But I think if we had addressed it, we would have been offered other blankets as well. The taxi drivers often had trouble finding the place. I don't know what it was about. But abdellatif was also very helpful. There are a few small things that could be done, but we were very satisfied and would book them again.

Cristina & Paolo’s Ryad was absolutely wonderful. After traveling around the country for multiple weeks - this tucked away oasis was exactly what my friends and I needed. The staff were wonderful and we hope to return soon. If you’re looking for a lovely stay with wonderful people, this is the place to look for.

We had a great time, as a family at Jean-Gabriel's house. Very beautiful contemporary house in a very quiet and natural setting. Our stay was all the more exceptional thanks to the presence of Isham and Soumya. We enjoyed morning, noon and evening with Soumya's Moroccan cuisine. Isham has always listened to us to organize our daily lives and our different outings. He also organized a birthday party for us, which we will keep a great memory of. Isham and Soumya live in an independent part of the house, but this is absolutely not disturbing as they are discreet. The house is located in the countryside about 40 min from Marrakech. The last part of the road to get there is rather a track but we find that it contributes to the charm of this house. We would highly recommend this house.
