Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Ouahat Sidi Brahim

The Riad was close (5 min walk) to all the souks and the main square, yet it was quiet and totally serene. Abdel was very helpful with local recommendations and even offered to get some medicine when my wife had a stomach ache. Rachida made breakfast for us each morning and cleaned around the Riad. She was great and breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend this Riad!!

We had an incredible stay in April ‘25 at Riad Modjakech. The Riad itself is spacious and comfortable. It was situated in a quiet part of the old town and good access to the souks and medina. Fatima looked after us very well with a delicious meal when we arrived and a superb breakfast prepared for us on a couple of mornings Mohammed our host was brilliant, very attentive & responsive. He organised our hot air balloon experience which was simply breath-taking. Thank you for an unforgettable few days in Marrakech, we will be back for certain.

A gem hidden in the medina of Marrakech! We stayed with girls in this beautiful Riad. We received a wonderful welcome from the staff. They were incredibly kind while being very discreet. The place is gorgeous! The bed linen smelled good, everything was clean and well organized. The terrace at the top in a peaceful haven that has stunning views. We've been won over by this place!

Had a great time at this riad in Marrakech! The place is accurate to the photos, very clean and nicely decorated. A big thank you to Fatima and Simo who were adorable, very welcoming and always available to help – their kindness really made a difference! Note that the owner Karine was not present on site, so no direct contact with her. Small downside: the additional services offered (such as transfers or meals) are significantly more expensive than the usual rates in Marrakech, so to be taken into account. Another important point: the riad spans 3 floors, which can be tiring for some people. In short, a very nice riad, perfect for discovering the medina in good conditions!

We had one of our best stays at this Villa! A large family, each of us was able to quickly find our own brands, have our own space while enjoying the spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean living spaces. The garden, like the inside of the house, is extremely maintained. The concierge as well as the stove are exceptionally kind! We also appreciated that Fatiha took the time to come greet us and check in with us. We would recommend this Villa without a second thought and would definitely go back!

Together with 4 friends, we had a perfect stay. The Riad is gorgeous - beautifully designed, spacious and comfortable. Aicha is lovely and the home-cooked meals were a treat. Absolutely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay, the Riad is beautiful, the rooms and beds are very comfortable and the staff is very attentive. We were hosted very well, with great kindness and the dishes prepared by Ania, Khadija and Keltoum were absolutely delicious, the best food we have tasted in Morocco. We had a fantastic 2-day stay at Benoit’s beautiful villa in Marrakesh! The house was spacious, clean, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing family getaway. Our kids especially loved all the activities available – the heated swimming pool was a big hit and kept them entertained for hours. Benoit was a wonderful host: responsive, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The setting was peaceful. Highly recommended – we only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Very nice place. I was unlucky with the weather. It was very cold and couldn’t use the pool and sunbathing area. Gym there is missing another dumbbell or new onces which are not filled with sand but they have TRX bands and bike I could use for my workout

We had a great weekend at this place. It was very clean, quiet and as described. Access is easy, but it's best to be transported to fully enjoy the area. A quick note for longer stays: the TV didn't work when we visited. This wasn't a problem for us, but it could inconvenience some of them. We still recommend all this accommodation without hesitation personally I will be back! Thank you Sam

Me and my family stayed in this accommodation for around 6 days. It was a lovely experience! It was located in the Golf course area, and it was a private residence so the area was quiet. Additionally, the flat was extremely well maintained and clean as well as beautifully decorated (same as the pictures provided). The kitchen was fully equipped with lots of utensils as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. Mr Amine was a very helpful and responsive host. Overall, my family and I loved the accommodation and would definitely consider coming back.

Excelent relatively modern apartment close to stores, restaurants and bars in Gueliz and 5m-10min taxi ride to the medina. Located in a quite street in front of a large park provides for quit environment. Very spacious with open living room, dinning room and small kitchen all together. Kitchen small but well equiped and adequate.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Y located in the Akhdar estate, just 20 minutes from Marrakech. A big thank you to Yann for his smooth and responsive communication before our arrival, which made the organization very simple. A huge thank you also to Myriam for her warm welcome, availability and especially for the exceptional quality of breakfasts and meals. We highly recommend this property for a peaceful and unforgettable stay!

We absolutely loved our time at Sabrina’s - absolutely stunning house and gardens, so very peaceful and relaxing. Sabrina’s housekeeper Zineb took such good care of us and cooked delicious meals for us, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I can’t recommend her place more highly.

What a great place to relax and unwind. Really spacious and tastefully decorated bedrooms; the pool is perfectly heated; and the breakfast was delicious with home-baked warm bread! Thank you Loufia! Thoroughly recommended!

We had a great time at this villa which is very large, ultra modern and has all the necessary amenities: air conditioning throughout the house, large American fridge, washing machine, dryer, hamman, outdoor hot tub, barbecue, TV in all bedrooms and in both living rooms, very large 10 x5 swimming pool heated between 30 and 32° C which is fabulous. The housekeeper, Fatiha, was able to delight the whole family with her breakfast preparations. She is incredibly kind and speaks great French. It should be noted that the villa is a little far from Marrakech which is a 25-30 minute drive but that is not a big deal. We'll be happy to go back.

It was great stay, kids loved the swimming pool. Cook was great. Whole house were cleaned every morning by the cleaners

Mohamed is an absolutely top tier host and was amazing. So accommodating, helpful and friendly to my family. Helped with airport transfer, met us at check in and went above and beyond every step of the way. Set up a grocery delivery for us to the villa after arrival and even took a personal trip to make sure we could get currency exchanged. Dinner poolside was amazing - an absolute must if you stay with Mohamed. Communication was great and he’s absolutely dedicated to making your trip to Marrakech special. Whatever you need - sorted, no worries. Highly recommend staying here if you come to Marrakech
