nice and very clean apartment equipped with all the necessary equipment. kitchen and bathroom without limescale and mold. with hot water. bedrooms are nice and cool and clean. living room nicely decorated. clean pool which is cleaned every Tuesday. apartment is well insulated, so no noise from outside. Nihad and Salaheddin on location are always accessible and respond very quickly. booked for 8 days, but it was very nice in the apartment that we booked 2 extra days. this will be our home again next time in marrakesh.

Mrs. Ilham was really very courteous and responded immediately to messages for anything. The apartment is large, with a beautiful terrace, in the bedroom there is a huge and very comfortable bed, the large bathroom with shower, but there is no hairdryer. In the living room there is no larger table to be able to eat more comfortably, but apart from this detail, my husband and I had a great time.

Beautiful apartment in a good location, all amenities were available and the apartment was very clean. The check-in process was very simple and the host is nice and proactive in communication. We didn't use the parking offered because it's easy to park on the street behind the building. Nor the pool that is listed unfortunately we did not use, but it was accessible (10-18). The only minor thing that may be uncomfortable for some is the somewhat higher level of street noise (audible from the living room, the bedroom was quite quiet). We'd love to come back someday.

Youngness is a great person, very responsive. He is very nice to let us check in a little earlier. The apartment is located in a very convenient area, there are lots of restaurants around and the train station and bus station is just right across the street. I will definitely come back if I have a chance to visit Morocco again

Very large apartment, close to the train station. The owner communicated with us very well and helped us get in!! He was very friendly Quite equipped, and corresponds to the description! Everything is great!

We stayed for one week and the accommodation was great. The check in was flexible, and Hassan always almost instantly responded to any messages. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need from a washing machine over towels to all the kitchen utensils. The building entrance is always guarded by security and the building was in a safe location with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I would definetely recommend.

Great place, great hosts, great apartment - well worth the money. Forgot our keys and got a reply and someone came round in like 10-15 mins - security outside at the front door 24/7 as well so no need to worry about your stuff

A 10/10 stay! the apartment was so beautiful, the pictures didnt do it justice, the property was all clean and modern,so spacious and felt right at home. the host’s are lovely and couldn’t do enough for you, they really went the extra mile which made the stay that extra special. The location is good, about 20 min ride from the towns but was nice to be in a quiet area, the neighbours where friendly too, indrive where the better option to get around as a lot cheaper than the local taxis. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back!

Clean, spacious and located close to the old city. Communication was very efficient and quick, we didn't spend too much time in the apartment but it was just like in the photos and described. The apartment also has 24h personnel in the lobby and the pool is a great plus.

Accommodation that fits perfectly with the description and our family of 3 children. Good location, quiet, close to all shops. We highly recommend this rental and will return on our next trip to Morocco, inch'Allah. Thanks for everything Hassane!

Spacious accommodation for a family of 5 out of the hustle and bustle of central Marrakesh. Use of beautiful pool which we mostly had to ourselves. Manon was a very responsive and helpful host.

Jamal was super welcoming host! Very nice villa in the middle of golf course. The warm pool was super popular among kids.

A paradise villa in the middle of the desert, with the Atlas mountains in the distance and some hot air balloons that pass by in the morning ... Nina is always very responsive and gives great advice for getting around and plans to avoid. We had an amazing stay. Only small downside, the coolness of the pool should not disturb when the hot weather arrives

The place was very nice and quiet. We did not have good flight times and a flexible check-in and check-out. Abdellatif was always available and helped us with it. The pool has been great for our children and we really liked the Moroccan charm in the villa. Cats come by again and again, which my children loved it very much. We had two normal duvets, the rest are these typical thick fluffy Moroccan blankets. This might be a bit of a hassle if someone has asthma. But I think if we had addressed it, we would have been offered other blankets as well. The taxi drivers often had trouble finding the place. I don't know what it was about. But abdellatif was also very helpful. There are a few small things that could be done, but we were very satisfied and would book them again.

Without words to describe Ismael's attention, we felt right at home, plus the place is just like the photos or much better. A highly recommended place. Thanks to the people who helped us in the grooming, they were also very special. 🫶🏼

Very nice stay in this beautiful villa, very beautiful and colorful interior decoration, pleasant heated pool in this season (end of winter), we had a housekeeper from 9 to 4 p.m. who was cleaning (dishes, machine and ironing), Houda and her husband were very nice and responsive, they also recommended good addresses to us, thank you again for everything 😊

Beautiful villa located in a quiet and soothing setting, everything is done to make you feel indoors and outdoors. We're not missing anything! We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Atlas Mountains, the kindness of the caretaker who is present 24/7. We had a nice welcome from Yanis, who made himself available throughout the stay, at any time.
