Composed of 3 bedrooms, a large living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The bathroom has been adapted to accommodate people with reduced mobility. Facing the island of Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette ... but also restaurants just around the corner. If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!

Charming outbuilding in a green setting with independent access through our garden. You have a large bedroom and a shower room with toilet. A coffee maker is available. Following the recommendations of guests, we added a table and a small fridge. Small outdoor terrace with table and chairs on sunny days, without overlooking neighbours. Possibility to park your vehicle and bikes. The lodging facility is located near the banks of the Loire.
