Nice apartment immersed in the countryside 20 minutes from the Nantais ring road and less than 30 minutes from the train station. Ideally located on the Loire à Vélo route, this one-of-a-kind and spacious accommodation is conducive to relaxation and work. The accommodation is composed of a large living room open to a fully equipped kitchen. A large veranda with a beautiful view of nature. It also has a patio with barbecue. Both bedrooms have their respective shower room.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!
