Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. Unique view of Lake Überling with the rock formation of the former heath caves in the foreground. Located only 40 meters from the lake and the entrance to the new Uferpark West, on the edge of the landscape reserve. Lake Constance-Therme is a 10-minute walk away. Full kitchen-living room and 50" TV. Therme train station is 1 km away, bus stop is right in front of the house.

Bodensee, Sipplingen

Genieße einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt mit Blick auf den Bodensee in Sipplingen. Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 5 Minuten am Wasser und am ersten Restaurant. Sipplingen hat eine wunderschöne Strandbar und mehrere Restaurants. Am Wasser gibt es einen SUP Verleih und ein Beachvolleyballfeld. Handtücher, Fön, Bettwäsche, Heißluftfrittöse, Kaffeevollautomat, Kühl-Gefrierschrank sind in der Unterkunft vorhanden. Garten ist komplett eingezäunt. Wichtig: absolute Nichtraucher- Wohnung!

Our apartment OASE LEBENSKUNST is quietly, idyllically and yet centrally located with its own garden. We are about 400 meters away from the attractive Lake Constance thermal spa and Westbad, about 500 meters from the Therme train station and about 800 meters from the city center. Beautiful apartment in the second sea line with magnificent views of the lake and the Alps. Just a few steps to the lake. The balcony and the terrace invite you to sit outside and grill. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge/freezer leaves nothing to be desired. A ping pong table, pool table and washer/dryer can be used. The electric car can also be charged.

FUCHS & HAS' log cabin between Lake Constance and the Danube

A place to switch off and relax. For extended hikes you do not need a car: the small residential area connects directly to large forest areas. By (e-)bike, 5 (bathing) lakes can be reached within 2.5 hours. Lake Constance or the Danube can be reached by car in 30 minutes. Or you can simply enjoy the garden of the lovingly renovated log cabin and take time for thoughtful walks...
