What a terrific location and awesome property! We enjoyed our stay here tremendously and will definitely be back in the future. The space is just as described and even more charming in person. The location - above and overlooking the center of town (and a great coffee shop) - makes this property one of a kind. Water Valley is well-suited for no-stress, aimless meanderings through awesome local stores, eateries, and shops. It is also convenient to everything Oxford has to offer. Kagan is on our very short list of top hosts. He is the perfect mix of responsiveness, if needed, and hands-off, relaxed guest service.

Really enjoyed the stay. The space is spacious and well maintained. I look forward to booking it again. I would definitely recommend this place.

We were visiting for our first Egg Bowl. The place was super cozy and absolutely perfect for our dog as well. There were plenty of places for her to run and play within the community!! Thank you, Vivian!

The condo was new, clean and nicely decorated. It’s a roommate type of layout so perfect to share with friends or family. Parking and getting around was also super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo. Felt very homey. It was clean. Plenty of towels. Close to everything including Ole Miss. would stay there agin.

Great place for work!

What a fantastic place. Quaint and cozy. Just enough outside of Oxford that it felt like you were in a different place. Quiet, peaceful, cute farm animals, and Buddy was the best greeter!! Highly recommend this place for a couple.

We stayed here for a football weekend. The home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Jonathan was nice and responsive!

Great little place. Convenient location. We had friends and family coming and going and everyone was comfortable. Nicely appointed kitchen and smart TVs all around. Chris was very friendly and flexible with an early check-in and a late check out which was very appreciated. We had a minor issue when we first arrived, and Chris remedied the situation immediately. Highly recommended.

I feel so fortunate to have found this home. It was perfect for my stay in Oxford; and I couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating home (and host.) It’s beautifully decorated; and the main living area is perfect for lounging (fireplace is a bonus.) This home was stocked with all you’d need for a comfy stay - blankets readily available, coffee and tea (coffee stations on both floors!), in-home washer and dryer; and snacks to welcome the hungry traveler! The beds are very comfy, the community is quiet, the condo gives you quick and easy access to the university. Ms. Valentina was so helpful - she truly means it when she says to make yourself at home. I will stay here again.

Very friendly host. House was amazing. We are from South Carolina n i co run a boxing promotion called true fight series, so i travel down here alot.... like more then i should prob. But this waa by far the best place ive ever stayed going out of town anywhere.. i highly recommend.. i brought 2 fighters n my 2 event staff along with myself n there was plenty of room for everyone.. loved it thank you very much i hope to use this location again in the future..

The house was beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. It is walkable to the popular restaurants, bars and shops on the square, so we walked to a great restaurant the first night. The friendly and accommodating hosts communicated in advance which helped us make plans and get checked in quick and easy. Amenities like chargers, fresh soft towels and new and clean appliances were abundant and included a Keurig with several k-cup pods. The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and bedding. I definitely hope to get to stay here again.

Excellent location. Away from the noise but walkable to square and stadium.

The house was perfect for our weekend visit to OleMiss. Living room was perfect for visiting and chatting. Beds were comfortable. Close to Ole Miss. The only con is the parking. The drive is shared with an apartment behind the house and it was a bit tight, but we made it work. I would stay there again.

Our stay was great and the condo was wonderful! It was newer, spacious, clean and close to everything we were doing in Oxford. Great location and easy walk to the Square and to our favorite restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a great spot! Chad was beyond helpful. Dark, quiet bedroom, and the BEDS are so comfortable. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee pods and creamer, and the little basket of snacks. We would love to stay here again. Thanks for everything!

This was a great place to stay for our family making for a memorable Ole Miss vs Georgia win! This apartment has a great trail behind the complex good for walking your pups! We would definitely stay here again.

This is my second time staying at this condo and it’s great! The location is very convenient and close to campus, shopping and restaurants. The condo is pristine and well decorated. Heather is a great host!! We will definitely be back!!
