Amazing location with views of Pagosa Peak from the living room and balcony which is priceless! Everything was better than expected!

Super cute tiny home! As an East Coaster, probably still bigger than some inner city apartments that I've lived in. Super walkable to all of downtown. Great local recommendations. Friendly hosts. GREAT fully fenced in back yard for my big puppy (bullmasiff mix). Would definitely stay at again next time I visit Pagosa Springs!

Our stay at Alisa’s townhouse was fantastic! The location was convenient, as well. The townhouse was beautifully furnished and had all the comforts of home. Everything we needed was available to us; Alisa put great thought in making sure the unit was well equipped. Mattress was very comfortable insuring we got a good night’s sleep. The personalized welcome note added an extra special touch. I’d highly recommend staying at Little Bear’s Townhouse when visiting Pagosa Springs. We’ll definitely stay with Alisa again when we’re back in town.

Nice uncluttered house in a very private location with a great deck. Everything was in good order and very clean. Close enough to town to make it easy and convenient to dash down to the free hot springs. Would stay here again for sure.
