As seen in the photos, the atmosphere is very peaceful & cozy, the property is beautiful & well maintained, everything is well organized, the pool water is not too cold so the kids can swim in the morning, the view from the backyard is amazing, you can enjoy sunrise in the morning and cityline at night, thanks to the owner who gave us cakes upon check out which we can enjoy on the way back, a nice personal touch, overall we are very satisfied and will come back again another time, a very suitable place for those who want a calm atmosphere in Jogja with a reasonable distance from the city center...

I had a wonderful stay at Rika’s place! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Rika was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The pool was comforting.
