Our villa is a new building located in the beautiful Contrada Paternella in Terrasini. The sea is at a walking distance, you can reach it either through a stairs or going down a slope (this way you can go to a beatiful bay). It is possible to swim there when the sea is calm, otherwise you can go to the beach in Cinisi (5 chilometers away). Our place is located in an area half way from Palermo and Trapani.

The house is very rustic, the furnishings are very simple but functional, maintaining the charm of the old country house. Nothing is perfect but it maintains the charm of the house from other times. The blue and white cottage situates in a luxurious garden with orange, lemon trees and olives. There is a terrace and a path for the big pool (15m x 6m). It's between the sea and the mount: Sferracavallo - Mondello and Monte Gallo, natural reserve. The cottage is very well-stocked, with heating in winter and air conditioning.
