Villa with private garden, a stone's throw from the sea of Mondello Il Giardino Segreto

It is located in Mondello, 300 meters from the famous light sand beach and the crystal clear sea. In 15 minutes on foot (1.5 km) of pleasant walk along the promenade you can reach the town square with its beautiful seaside village still characterized by the small port of fishing boats and the tuna tower. In spring, autumn and during our mild winter Mondello is a small paradise: you can reach all the essential services on foot in the context of a pleasant and quiet village (much more lively in the middle of summer season) and, in ten minutes by car, you can easily reach Palermo (also connected by buses and, on request, private shuttles). The house is very close to mini market, bakery, pharmacy, bar, restaurants of various levels. The bathing establishments can be reached in a few minutes on foot. 200 meters from the bus stop for Palermo (the city center of Palermo is 9 km from the house), where the free shuttle that - in summer - continuously makes the tour of Mondello also stops. The house, very bright, is located in a street very close to the sea but extremely quiet even in the middle of the summer season. The large garden (400 square meters) reserved, far from the street, hidden by a first gate (shared with the neighboring house) and a second gate for exclusive use of the villa is a corner of paradise, where the silence is interrupted only by the chirping of the birds. All windows and window doors in the house open onto the private step. The garden is perfectly maintained with English lawn and some trees that give pleasant shaded areas in summer. In a stone paved area you will find a dining table and a corner with sofas. The garden is also equipped with two deck chairs and armchairs. At the other end of the garden is an area with a wooden slatted floor and canopy. In a sheltered area of the garden a shower with hot and cold water has been created. The villa is finished and furnished with extreme care, the floor is parquet, the kitchen is comfortable and equipped with microwave (also for steam cooking), electric oven, hood, induction hob of the latest generation, large refrigerator with large freezer area, dishwasher, plate, blender. A bathroom is equipped with a corner bathtub (also equipped with a shower). The bedrooms - with a double bed - have a bathroom with a large shower and two comfortable wardrobes. In the mezzanine, located above the living area, there is a writing desk and a sofa bed with a square and a half (the mezzanine is very hot in summer, despite having two portholes). In the storage room there is a washing machine (in addition to iron and ironing board). The house is equipped with independent heating with boiler (the boiler is located externally, with control inside the house) and heat pumps that produce hot or cold air. The boiler provides all the necessary hot water. Television and stereo are part of the equipment of the house. The garden lighting system switches on automatically at sunset (option deactivatable). If you wish, you can park your car in the garden. Upon request we can provide you with a camping cot for baby. On request (and on deposit) two bicycles are available. A private shuttle service to/from the airport and any other transfer is available upon notice. Pets are not allowed Smoking is not allowed in the house. The villa and its private garden will be entirely and exclusively for guests i will answer any questions by phone, text or email. I will be able to provide all the useful information Discover the seaside village of Mondello and its renowned beach, where you can dedicate yourself to water sports or simply enjoy the sun, then take advantage of the comfortable location of the house and take advantage of all the services at your disposal. To move in mondello the bicycle is perfect. By the same means (but also on foot) you can take pleasant walks along the promenade and up to the fascinating lighthouse and natural reserve of Capo Gallo. Palermo can be reached by public transport or by private shuttle (bicycle takes about half an hour). Outside the summer months you can easily park outside the first gate. It is still possible to park inside, in the first section of the garden. I can provide you: Passenger complete with waterproof cover; Two bicycles (one with child seat); Extra bed for small children (not for newborns).

Exclusive and independent apartment within a splendid villa overlooking a delightful cove along the Addaura coastline, which links Palermo to the well-known Mondello beach. For guests who will not settle for a house just by the sea but want it ON the sea. Access to the sea is private and direct, through a private gate and a few steps that lead from the front door to a comfortable seafront frequented only by the villa's guests. The host's family lives in the villa, in independent apartments.

Two big bedrooms with double beds, a full kitchen, a bright and spacious living room, an outside patio and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a baby cot and a desk. There is also a large garden to relax in total privacy. Guests will have access to the entire house with a separate gated entrance.
