We had a fabulous stay! It was a dream come true. Pietro was SO helpful answering any and all questions we had. He connected us with local drivers and tour guides so we could experience local cities and have a personalized experience. We also loved the private chef that cooked us an authentic Sicilian meal at the Villa. Everyone felt like family. We all want to return. The villa was beautiful and the location was just what we were looking for in terms of easy access to the beach and restaurants

We had a nice and relaxing time in the apartment: everything was as described. We and our children felt completely comfortable. Especially because of the quiet location! The apartment is bigger than it looks in the photos. Great location, close to the train and the beach, in the area there are shops and restaurants. Enzo turned out to be a very nice and helpful host, always in touch with us. Thank you very much for a very nice holiday in beautiful Sicily. See you in the future!

Данная поездка состоялась всего на 1 ночь в Палермо, я и другие гости хозяина Danilo, даже не ожидали что можно получить столько эмоций и впечатлений от пребывания на его вилле. Рекомендации по поездке, закупкам в супермаркет, и городу. Постоянная связь, и невиданная отзывчивость и невероятная ответственность. Данило уверенно помогает и постоянно поддерживает свои гостей начиная с планирования поездки, заканчивая уже только в пути домой. Спасибо Вам, Данило! Я надеюсь что мне повезет еще раз быть в Палермо, и затем после прекрасной прогулки в Палермо, вернуться в его тихую виллу с друзьями и комфортно провести время вместе.

villa très agréable et bien située à proximité de la station balnéaire. commerces et restaurants facile à rejoindre à pied. Francesco est très agréable et sympathique. il s est adapté à nos heures de départ et d arrivée .

Beautiful, comfortable modern accomodation

Eine wundeschöne und saubere Villa mit einer märchenhaften Ausblick. Die Lage ist perfekt. Es gibt restaurant in der Nähe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fünf Minuten mit Auto zu erreichen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Maria Grazia ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Alles was man braucht für einen super Urlaub. Danke.

Als je een huisje zoekt tussen de locals, dan zit je hier helemaal goed. Ca 10 minuten lopen naar de bus en je kunt overal heen. Zeker voor Palermo een aanrader. Antonio is een attente gastheer. Hij heeft voor ons een taxi geregeld naar het vliegveld, dat was heel fijn. De grote taxi bus wilde liever niet de nauwe straatjes in. Heerlijke tuin en overdekt terras waar het goed toeven is. Wij voelden ons thuis in dit huis

L'appartamento è ampio e confortevole, ottimo per un gruppo come il nostro di 16 persone. Si sta tutti insieme ma ognuno ha la sua camera. Ci sono 5 bagni, essenziali quando si è in molti. La veranda chiusa a pannelli in vetro e circondata dal verde del giardino è un vero gioiello, fare colazione lì ti fa cominciare bene la giornata. Fornito di tutto persino di uno speaker Alexa. Luca ha pensato a tutto, persino a rifornirci di acqua,latte, caffè, biscotti e quant'altro per un ottima colazione per tutti. È stato gradevole e disponibile. Ottima anche la posizione a Mondello, a pochi minuti dal centro di Palermo e vicino ai locali del mare. Tutto perfetto, consigliato anche per soggiorni lunghi. Grazie Luca per l'ospitalità!

Our stay at Antonio’s villa was absolutely perfect! The property was even more stunning in person — beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a true home away from home.

Abbiamo alloggiato in sei nello splendido appartamento di Paola, che ha superato le nostre aspettative. Tutto pulitissimo e profumato, curato nei minimi dettagli e fornito di tutto ciò che è necessario in una casa. Inoltre, abbiamo usufruito del noleggio auto Appa rental car (suggerito dalla host) proprio di fronte l'appartamento ed è stata un'esperienza molto positiva, anche grazie alla signora Giovanna, gentile e disponibile. Quando abbiamo avuto piccoli intoppi, la signora Paola è stata subito a disposizione e d'aiuto, risolvendo prontamente. È stato facile comunicare grazie alla sua gentilezza. Ci ritorneremmo senza dubbio, consigliatissimo.

Ornella and her daughter Beatrice were wonderful hosts. They responded to my questions in a timely manner.—- always pleasant and eager to help. The Villa and its surroundings and location were perfect for my group. The outdoor space was amazing! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to be near Palermo and the beach!

Чудова вілла. Чиста, комфортна з великою територією навколо. Все дуже охайно і чисто. Обладнана всіма необхідними меблями. Басейн з підігрівом, під час нашого перебування це було великою перевагою. До центра міста йти десь хвилин 25-30 це треба враховувати, більшість ресторанів знаходиться в центрі, поряд тільки піцерія, до супермаркету треба їхати, на машині 5 хвилин. Хозяйка будинку дуже привітна, має багато рекомендацій чудових місць, швидко відповідає на запити, завжди готова допомогти. Дуже рекомендуємо це місце

Just completed a 4 night stay. The property was great! Views better than shown on listing. The apartments are well stocked with basic necessities (shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap, coffee, water,etc). We were met by the host and shown around, they communicated well and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. A short drive to Mondello Beach or Port of Palmermo. Plenty of space in the apartments for our group! Very happy with the property! Thank you!

The house itself was impeccable: spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. It’s a fantastic place if you’re looking to enjoy everything Palermo has to offer. Excelent accueil de Valeria, qui a toujours été disponible et nous a aidé pour la reservation d'un taxi pour les enfants.Tres bel emplacement tres sécurisé dans un lotissement privé ,sur veillé par un gardien 24 h sur 24 .il faut une voiture bien sur et l'on peut la garer sans probleme devant la maison (c'est safe).jardin magnifique et belle piscine qui chauffe bien car meme en avril nous en avons profité. appartement bien agencé en sous sol de la maison avec une zone de terrasse privative, c'est effectivement pas tres lumineux pour les deux chambres du fond mais tout est tres propre et l'appartement bien equipé. la localisation est pratique pour visiter palerme, mondello est tres proche à 5 mn en voiture et l'aeroport à 20 mn en voiture ce qui est pratique pour le depart.

We hadden een geweldig verblijf bij Antonio. Het terras is super! Het uitzicht is fantastisch! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, het is niet supermodern, maar wel heel charmant. Antonio en zijn zus zijn snel bereikbaar en staan open voor info. Ik moest door familiale redenen onverwacht vroeger naar huis, maar het werd prima geregeld door Antonio. Duidelijk en heel correcte afhandeling. We hebben erg genoten! Groetjes Kristien en familie

We (couple and 1 child) had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Balestrate, Sicily! The property is really cool – the house is spacious and the large garden was a real highlight; it’s the perfect place to relax, with plenty of seating areas and gorgeous landscaping. The pool was fantastic – clean and just the right size for a refreshing dip on hot days. Nino was very welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We hebben al heel wat Airbnb-verblijven gehad, maar dit was met stip het allerbeste ooit. Als gezin voelden we ons hier meteen thuis — en dat is zeldzaam. Alles klopte: het huisje was tot in de puntjes verzorgd, volledig uitgerust en perfect afgestemd op wat wij nodig hadden. Van aankomst tot vertrek verliep alles moeiteloos, in volledige privacy en met precies de juiste balans tussen contact en ruimte. Het zwembad was heerlijk — een fantastische plek om te ontspannen en echt te genieten van het buitenleven. En de tuin… wat een werk moet dat zijn om te onderhouden, maar het resultaat is verbluffend. Zo verzorgd, zo mooi. Het draagt enorm bij aan de rust en sfeer van de plek. Martina heeft aan alles gedacht. De sfeer, de voorzieningen, de rust… Het voelde bijna te mooi om waar te zijn. We vonden het oprecht moeilijk om afscheid te nemen, en dat zegt veel. Een plek als deze is zeldzaam. We komen hier met alle liefde terug.

We had a lovely stay at Jessica's villa in April for two weeks. It was a great place to relax and really convenient for all the sights like Segesta, Scopello, Monreale and Palermo. April is a good time to visit as the weather is warm and sunny, but there are fewer tourists and queues. Good supermarkets are a short drive away along the motorway. The family were great hosts and we really enjoyed the gifts of local pastries. A big plus was the memory foam beds after staying in lots of villas and hotels with rock hard mattresses!

Abbiamo trascorso 5 piacevoli giorni presso la Villa di Fabrizio e Lavinia. Le comunicazioni sono state sempre precise e tempestive. La struttura ricorda una piccola villa hollywoodiana trapiantata in Sicilia. Progettata e arredata con gusto, la villa e soprattutto la sua piscina permettono di godersi un soggiorno di relax in riservatezza. I due padroni di casa vivono nel piano seminterrato e sono spesso assenti durante il giorno per lavoro. La villa convive fisiologicamente con la piccola fauna della campagna siciliana, ad esempio coi simpatici gechi che entrano la sera a curiosare. Consigliata a chi desidera rilassarsi in un ambiente ampio, pulito, tranquillo, immerso nella natura che sa essere persino sontuoso in alcuni suoi dettagli.

Aldo’s place is very well situated for Mondello and just as described in the listing. Aldo’s parents (Emilio and Maria-Laura) hosted us and we’re simply charming. We used google translate to chat and text and we were very well looked after. The room has everything you need you almost feel like you have the pool and garden to yourself. The pool is beautiful and the outdoor eating area is very well equipped. We stayed for two weeks and had a fantastic time in mondello. A huge thank you to Emilio and Maria-Laura for making us feel very welcome. Home from home. The location is a 5min walk to the first public beach and a beautiful 25 minute walk along the seafront and you are in the main piazza. Notes *The best public beach is by the harbour and is spacious close to great cafes. * We used electric scooters occasionally (LIME or LINK) which were easy and fun. * You must sit at the barrels in the piazza (SCHILLACI) and try their aperativo menu - great atmosphere. * Le Lunette cafe👍
