Street parking is easy in this residential neighborhood. 15 minute walk to the Redwood City Caltrain station. Due to the great location close to downtown and Caltrain, you WILL hear trains passing through and some vehicle traffic from the main road nearby. For your safety and security, external security cameras cover all external access points to the cottage, automatically recording any motion activity day or night, providing live remote monitoring and alerts. Set in old-growth forest with ocean views, a fire pit and a hot tub, the apartment sits on a working campsite (Kings Mountain Fancy Camp) with chickens, goats, dogs, and cats. A 10-minute walk from the Purisima Open Space trail network. It has a bedroom a living room, a bathroom and an office space. It occupies the lower floor of our home and has a private entrance and parking. With access to a shared picnic area / bbq.

Great for business travelers, family with young kids (cool outdoor play space & extra toys to borrow!), Stanford families, and singles & couples. The unit is independent; just the outdoor patio/play space is shared. This apartment is above our garage which is just behind our house.
