Vacation rentals with beach access in Pamlico Sound

We stayed at Tatyana’s because my husband and I wanted to take my dad and brother fishing as part of their birthday gifts. It was the perfect size for 4 of us. Was very clean, Tatyana was very quick to reply and helpful as well! We will definitely be staying here again!

Pat and Chuck were nothing but excellent! They were great with communication, responding almost immediately every single time. The welcome to their place made you feel very comfortable. Everything was so tidy and clean, hosts were so thoughtful with leaving little items in the room for guests to use. We would absolutely love to stay at their place again!

Erin's place was amazing. We went during spring break so as the season was underway but before the big crowds. Made it fun to do the beach in a different way -- going out more than cooking. It was so cool to be staying on the boardwalk after everyone went home -- felt like we had a whole part of Duck to ourselves. Erin's place is perfectly located and very charming. She was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend this place.

We came across the Mermaid Cottage last minute on a quick getaway and it was the perfect spot to stay for us! Very eclectically decorated and a few steps away from the ocean 🌊. Also has a very nice, private porch with nice furniture for lounging. Jenni was an excellent and responsive host, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and cozy place when visiting Avon, NC.

We loved every moment! His place is gorgeous! The view from the deck…stunning! The sunset was nothing short of magical! Eddie was so kind, welcoming, and responsive! We had a wonderful time here. Great spot, such a quick walk to the beach and drivable to so many fun spots to visit or eat. Teresa was communicative and friendly, and we had everything we needed for a fun beach weekend getaway.

Such a peaceful and easy week at the OBX! Everything we needed and comfortable stylish surroundings. Absolutely recommend. Hosts are lovely and very responsive. Location 10/10. Easy walk to beach. Mom’s is such a fun place as well. Can’t recommend enough.

LOVE this place! We have been going to the Outer Banks for decades and this is one of the cutest & cleanest homes I have stayed in! You can’t beat the amazing oceanfront location with private beach access! Host was great & provided clear instructions, all listed amenities, and local recommendations. It was awesome being able to bring my dog along for an additional fee since she also enjoys beach getaways! Will be returning ASAP and recommending to all my friends & family!

Our family had an absolutely fantastic time at this beach house! The location was perfect, near the beach, and the house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and amenities provided, making our vacation truly relaxing and enjoyable. The house was stocked with everything we needed, including chairs, and even a cooler. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and we loved the outdoor area with hot tub. We highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience. We will definitely be back!

Our group had the opportunity to stay at Steve's rental in Atlantic Beach just 1 block from the ocean. It was a comfort space, very reasonable price (since it was the off season), and we enjoyed the amenities that the kitchen offered as well as the aray of fun games at the house. Steve was very proactive as getting us setup for check in and responsive throughout our entire stay. A beautiful area and very peaceful in the winter. We loved exploring the beach and being so close to plenty of restaurants and town. A memorable stay!

We loved staying at Emily’s place! Our whole extended family was comfortable & we especially loved the kid room. The location can’t be beat!

Awesome weekend this was my first Airbnb … This place and host now has me hooked Everything was perfect!!!!

I have stayed at this location three times. it has been very clean. Towels and washcloths are available also beach chairs and wraps. My one suggestion I think the AC should be manually operated within the house. I could not get it below 70. It was very hot. It was a perfect location, walking distance to many things.

Annette had a beautiful place. Would recommend to anyone! Fully stocked kitchen and a hot tub right down the street from the beach and pier hard to beat!

Clean space within walking distance to not only the pool but also the beach which was awesome for the kids! Definitely bring a wagon for the beach goodies and cooler to camp out with the waves for the day. The outdoor shower was awesome for keeping sand out and rinsing things off before putting them back in the car!

Condo was in a great convenient location. Very spacious. We did a lot of sight seeing so didn’t spend a whole lot of time on site but it accommodated all of our needs!

We just completed our third stay with Marilyn. Our family absolutely loves this spot. It's so nice that our family of 6 can fit fairly comfortably and it's especially great that there are two full bathrooms. We also love how well kept the property grounds are, as well as how easy it is to get to the beach. We just got home a little while ago and my 4 teens are already talking about planning our next trip! Thank you Marilyn!

Excellent Beach Condo! The condo was spotless and in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach. It was quiet, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The owner was very responsive and quick to answer any questions, which made the experience even better. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable beach getaway!

This condo is an excellent value and in a great little condo community- very peaceful ! Great first-floor location equidistant between boardwalk to beach and the pool. Also just across the hall from the laundry room. Decorated with a fun, beach vibe and perfect for a family with young kids!
