The apartment has recently been remodeled to receive travelers, who wish to be in a typical Portuguese neighborhood by the sea, and yet close to the trendy areas of Estoril and Cascais.

The apartment has a stunning frontal sea view, from the living room, bedroom and kitchen, it faces south and has lots of light. It is only a 2 min walk to the beach(Poça beach) and 5 min to train station ( 10 mins to Cascais and 30 mins to Lisbon). The location is ideal for water sport lovers (surf/paddle). You can enjoy walking, jogging or cycling along the shore to Cascais using the promenade (paredão). The neighbourhood has lovely cafes, a wonderful grocery shop as well as many restaurants.

The Avencas Beach House is an apartment located on the first line of the sea, opposite the Avencas beach and with a fabulous view over the ocean. It is 20 minutes from Lisbon and 10 minutes from Cascais. It consists of a bedroom with two beds (can be converted into a double bed), a living room with full open concept kitchen with a double sofa bed and a W.C. complete with shower and washing machine and dryer. Close to the supermarket (150 mts) and other commerce. Halfway between Cascais and Lisbon (15 minutes away in each direction). Important Notice: Since the municipality of Cascais started to charge a touristic tax of 4 euros/night/person, up to 7 nights (under 13 exempt) and the platform cannot charge it, I have to ask you directly.
