The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view.

Villa Blue Pearl is an 1 bedroom property with private swimming pool which is located in Elitas, a small hill just 3.5 km from Parikia the capital of Paros and the port. Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. Calma is located in Naoussa, this traditional fishing village with the largest fishing fleet in the Cyclades. It is located on the northern coast of Paros, with one of the most picturesque harbors flooded with fishing boats at its center. Picturesque alleys and the Venetian castle on its beach, the so-called Kastelli, illuminated at night, give a magical touch to the whole scene. The sandy beach of Agioi Anargyroi is a 7-minute walk.

It is a fully autonomous rural guesthouse aged since late 19th century, yet very recently refurbished, which was named after the hand-made Cycladic dovecot built on its rooftop, which is considered today of extreme rarity in the entire island.
