Upon arrival, we appreciated the secure coded gate. Kathleen and Russell warmly welcomed us at the condo and provided the keys. They live in the area and Kathleen's enthusiasm showed she loves where she lives. The condo was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with snacks, local cupcakes, and beverages. The kitchen had all the necessary cookware, along with both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. My daughter found the sofa bed comfortable, and the Vizio smart TV with streaming apps and reliable Wi-Fi was a bonus. The bedroom featured a cozy bed with extra pillows and blankets, while the spotless bathroom had everything we might need. There was also a washer and dryer. This is definitely our new spot!

I love staying at the French Quarter Chateau in fabulous Fairhope! I plan on staying here every time I come to visit! I love that this beautiful apartment is gorgeous and comfortable! The porch that overlooking South Section St. has absolutely the most perfect view! There are 3 different places on the porch to enjoy! Wonderful! I absolutely love, love the fact that it's almost right next to the Page and Palette, my favorite bookstore! I can walk to all of my favorite places to shop, eat, and relax! I only want to stay at the French Quarter Chateau when I visit Fairhope! It's really the best place ever!

We travelled from Indiana over Spring Break to Dauphin Island for the first time! We loved the island and the place! The island was so laid back and a nice change of pace to the busy beaches we usually visit! The place was so cute and in a great location! The pool was a huge plus! The only down side were the steps and hauling our luggage up and down! But that would not deter us from renting Stacie’s place again! She was responsive and friendly! We definitely enjoyed our stay and ran out of days to fit everything in we wanted to do on such a small island! We already talked about renting the bottom rental for next time! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Everything was great! I would definitely stay here again. It was clean, a quiet neighborhood, and great parking.

This apartment was beautifully decorated, immaculate, and abundantly furnished with anything needed. Bed was super comfortable, with plenty of blankets. The kitchen was perfect for us to have our simple breakfast before heading out for our adventures. It was cozy, comfortable, and in a perfect residential location. We enjoyed walking to Press & Co for coffee each morning, as well as along the Main Street and surrounding neighborhoods. It was a perfect location to explore Dauphin Island and Fairhope. We stayed in the bottom unit, and had nice conversations with the guests in above unit throughout our stay. Thank you, Roni, for your hospitality. We will absolutely book with you again if we return to your area!

It was so pleasing returning to Loft on Section. Many hours of making memories were spent on the spacious terrace. There are too many amenities to mention. Especially, having restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Jo was a kind and attentive host. She responded promptly to each and every request. Each year my sisters and I visit the beautiful city of Fairhope for a quick getaway/vacation. Fairhope never disappoints and neither does Loft on Section. 🌸 ☀️

We really enjoyed our stay in Aprils cute little studio apt. It was so convenient to the venue we were attending and there was lots to do nearby. The beach is a walk away and it was just perfect!

Perfect for my weekend in Biloxi. Check in was easy, host was super responsive and helpful. Apartment was super clean and exactly as pictured! Would definitely stay here again.

5 ⭐️ Fantastic stay!!! The wonderful team! Lydia and James were so kind and helpful. I asked for an accommodation and they sprung into action effortlessly! The home is very well designed, all of the amenities you need for cooking and relaxing. Great sitting areas. Private and easy parking. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are lovely and spacious. Tons of towels and essentials. Everything felt very comfortable. The extra touches make a huge difference when you’re traveling. We loved our stay so much we added two extra days instead of heading to our next destination! The hospitality was top notch! The best places to eat are very close by. Easy to walk to a lot of places. Peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed The Ruby slipper twice for breakfast which the hosts recommended (amazing ask for Jace she’s terrific!) We were also so close to the famous oyster house which we loved! Highly recommend these wonderful hosts and their beautiful home! Thank you again Lydia and James ☺️

Precious spot and location. Plan to return with more family and book the entire building. Tricia was a responsive communicator and made everything seamless - something that is very appreciated when traveling solo with kids!

Absolutely loved this cute bnb, and would definitely book again! You park on the side street, but it’s hardly a walk, in a lovely neighborhood. It was Mardi Gras when I stayed and I felt safe traveling alone. Walking from the street after dark felt comfortable, and Kirsten has plenty of street lamps and private lights around the property. The bedroom, bathroom, and sheets were all very clean! Kirstan was a great host, asking a reasonable price, and fantastic on communication. There is also a coffee shop that is almost right across the street which was pretty good, and nice to visit before my workday. If you get a chance, visiting Nova Coffee in town is a must for quality coffee people.

Great, location! Jessie was very responsive and accommodating with turning the AC to a cooler temperature since it is on other side of house. She also allowed our extra large dog, a Great Dane, to stay without hesitation. ❤️

Stayed for just one night but it was perfect. Super clean, cozy, and the board games were a great surprise. The shower was next level good, one of the main things for me! Felt totally at home the whole time. Would 100% book again!

What a gem this place is. We are from Georgia and my son is in the Air Force stationed in Shreveport. We wanted to meet somewhere in the middle and found this place. Beautifully kept, quiet, and overall great mini vacation. We would definitely recommend and come back!

We’ve stayed at The Dunes before and really like it there. It’s just right for our family. Leslie’s place was just like the other we stayed at. Leslie was helpful and always quick to respond. Would stay there again!

We travel from New Orleans to DI about once a year. This was one of my favorite spots to stay so far! Beautiful, clean condo in great shape with lovely view of gulf. Indoor and outdoor pool were highlights as was pingpong and pickleball courts. Host was proactive and considerate with all communication. Dauphin island is always a peaceful treat and this condo and location were a hit! Thank you.
