There are stairs leading up to the main level which is on the second floor. The main level consists of 2 br/2 ba, kitchen, W/D and living room. Natural, comfortable, simple, clean and spacious. Gated property with security guard. 1 car garage with direct access to the unit. Additional guest parking available near unit (must use hanging pass). My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. No trailer parking allowed. Max. occupancy is 2: violation results in eviction.
