Our house is a newly renovated 1940's craftsman located in the hill country of Texas. In historic Johnson City, Texas it is just one block from restaurants, shopping, wineries, & art galleries. This luxurious modern farmhouse is located in the hometown of President, Lyndon B Johnson. I look forward to making your stay a memorable one. I only live a few miles down the road towards the Pedernales Falls State Park (also something fun to do), so I will be handy if needed for any reason.

The Leaf Treehouse (~300sqft) is perched among sturdy live oaks on our slice of Texas heaven just ten minutes from Main Street Fredericksburg. Its cozy and stylish interior includes a king bed with organic cotton sheets, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a padded reading nook with a round window, and an outdoor bathtub on the upper deck. Only 3 miles from Pedernales Falls Park, Amustus Ranch is near all that the Hill Country has to offer. Nature adventures, wine tasting,and more are all within a short drive of this secluded spot.
