We loved our time at this villa. Steps from the beach and lots of yummy restaurants. The beds were super comfy and the place was very clean. We would definitely stay there again!

We booked 'A place' for a group of 6. The place was exactly as seen in pictures. 'Dilan' - the host was always available for questions. He gave us a good tour and encouraged to use all the amenities. The home caretaker 'Anusha' was on the property 24*7 and available to assist in the group activities and daily chores. We were also introduced to a local guide 'Champika' who virtually got everything done for us. Since, we didn't speak Singalese, Dilan and Champika made sure all our needs were taken care of. Over all: - Great place and Stay - Friendly and helpful Host - Excellent care taker and his availability - Very reliable and trustworthy people - No hidden charges or trying to squeez extra It was a wonderful experience over all. I highly recommend this place for a Professional meeting, Family or friends get together. Nice and Quite with access to the beach right there!! And most importantly - 'Friendly, trustworthy and reliabile' people for a stay in a foreign country!!!

A very peaceful getaway, lots of space to relax and use of both pools without other guests. Sharmila was very responsive and helpful during the booking process, and Sunil was on site when we arrived to guide us to the villa and help us settle in. Highly recommend this place, it’s good value for money for the amenities offered and we left feeling relaxed and refreshed. We liked being able to be fully self catering and as there were no other guests it was extremely private. Thanks and we are looking forward to coming back!

The location was perfect, we enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby and it's very close to the beach. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Dilan and his property highly enough.

This was the Perfect Place to spend our last night in Sri Lanka before an early flight back home. So beautiful, so peaceful and the staff is just wonderful. We would always book again after arrival or before departure.

My entire stay at Edgar Mansion was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the thoughtful attention to detail in the decor. Every corner of the house exuded a sense of elegance and warmth, creating an inviting and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Not only did they prepare extraordinary meals that delighted the senses, but they also went above and beyond to attend to all our needs with genuine care and professionalism. Their dedication truly elevated the entire experience.

We had an amazing stay at Champ’s place. A true oasis of calm in a bustling city! His parents were incredible and provided so much helpful advice, whilst also organising tuk tuk transportation whenever we needed. Thank you so much! We would highly recommend this AirBnB to other travellers ☺️

I had an incredible stay at Madura’s place. The host was absolutely wonderful, friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations for nearby places to visit. Thanks to them, I got to experience some amazing local spots I wouldn’t have discovered otherwise. The location itself was stunning, with scenic views that made every morning and evening feel like a postcard moment. To make things even better, the neighbor was incredibly kind and offered delicious home-cooked meals at a very affordable price. It was such a lovely touch of local hospitality. There was also a tuk-tuk service provided by the neighbor, and the driver was super friendly and reliable, perfect for getting around easily and enjoying the area to the fullest. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic, warm, and beautiful experience.
