The house has a kitchen, a wood-fired sauna, a washing machine, a dryer, a TV, an air-source heat pump, Wi-Fi, and a view of the Simojoe River. Bedding, towels and detergents are provided. Toys and games for children! There is a barbecue hut in the yard and a lean-to on the beach! Also ask about activities that can be arranged on site! Electric car charging!

The property has just been fitted with an air heat pump that keeps the apartment comfortably cool and brings pleasant warmth in winter.

There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee.
